Urbanization is the result of human social progress and the inevitable trend of social continuous development.China's urbanization is in a low starting point and high growth state. The extensive urbanization with high pollution and consumption is not suitable for today's social development.Urbanization urgently needs green transformation.Green transformation of Urbanization is the process of the optimization of resources and elements in space, the most important is the efficient allocation and intensive use of land resources. To explore the impact of land intensive use efficiency on the efficiency of green transformation of urbanization,we should start with improving the efficiency of land intensive use, optimize the structure and mode of land use, excavate the stock of land, and pay attention to the spatial effect of land intensive use,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of green transformation of urbanization. In this study,31 provinces in mainland China were taken as research objects, and the evaluation index systems of land intensive use efficiency and green transfor:mation efficiency of urbanization were constructed respectively. The efficiency was measured by data envelopment analysis method. On this basis, the spatial autocorrelation analysis of efficiency was carried out, including global spatial autocorrelation analysis and local autocorrelation analysis. Finally, choose the appropriate spatial econometric model to analyze the impact of land intensive use efficiency on the efficiency of green transformation of urbanization. The results show that;(1)The comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of intensive land use and green transformation of urbanization in China have been improved to a certain extent during the study period, and the efficiency of different regions is quite different.(2)There is positive spatial autocorrelation between land intensive use efficiency and urbanization green transformation efficiency during the study period, that is to say,the high-value area and the high-value area are close to each other, and the low-value area and the low-value area are also close to each other.(3)OLS model and SEM model show that land intensive use efficiency has an impact on the efficiency of green transformation of urbanization in the global space. The results of GWR model show that there are spatial differences in the impact of land intensive use efficiency on green transformation efficiency of urbanization.
