Study On The Decision Of The Three Party Re-manufacturing Closed Loop Supply Chain Under The Purchase Capital Constraint Of The Retailer

With the rapid development of society,the phenomenon of waste of resources is becoming more and more serious,which not only arouses people's attention to their production and living environment,but also makes the more "advanced" closed-loop supply chain become a research hot-spot.Closed-loop supply chain not only has the characteristics of traditional supply chain,but also pays more attention to sustainable development.Among them,the third-party re-manufacturing closed-loop supply chain occupies a place in modern society with its professionalism and scale.Capital is the key factor to ensure the normal operation of enterprises.With the rapid development of economy,the shortage of funds and the difficulty of turnover have become one of the main problems affecting the development of most enterprises.In the modern society which emphasizes "cooperation" and "sharing",when enterprises can not achieve certain strategies under the condition of capital constraints,it will certainly affect the overall strength of enterprises in the whole supply chain and restrict the development of supply chain network.In the closed-loop supply chain of third-party re-manufacturing,when retailers encounter financial constraints,should the original manufacturer use its strong strength to help him? Is it more advantageous for the development of itself and the whole closed-loop supply chain to provide commercial credit directly,or is it more advantageous for the development of itself and the whole closed-loop supply chain to strive for external financing for retailers through its own strength? Should re-manufacturer provide commercial credit? These problems will expand the current closed-loop supply chain pricing game and profit coordination research,and provide help to improve the decision-makers.In this paper,the closed-loop supply chain financing decision-making problem is studied in two cases: the original manufacturer and the re-manufacturer do not provide commercial credit to the retailer,and the original manufacturer and the re-manufacturer provide commercial credit to the retailer.The results show that:(1)The optimal equity financing ratio coefficient of retailers is proportional to the amount of external financing funds needed.The larger the number of financing funds,the larger the optimal equity financing ratio coefficient.(2)Whether the original manufacturer provides commercial credit or not,the best choice for the re-manufacturer is not to provide commercial credit.(3)When the original manufacturer belongs to the risk-averse individual,it will choose to provide commercial credit to retailers.under the profit-sharing mechanism which can ensure the original manufacturer's interests are not damaged,the original manufacturer's strategy choice will change to achieve the consistency with the re-manufacturer's strategy,but this requires the intervention of the government or industry-related forces,as well as the willingness of cooperation among the members of the chain.(4)In the closed-loop supply chain of third-party re-manufacturing based on patent authorization,the original manufacturer should give support to the financing needs of the re-manufacturer,which will not damage its own profits,but will enhance its social image.Through the research and comparison of financing decision-making in closed-loop supply chain system under different circumstances,it provides a basis for realizing the unification of original manufacturer and re-manufacturer strategy in closed-loop supply chain,and can better guide enterprises to make optimal decisions under similar scenarios.
