Research On Information Poverty Alleviation In Yangyuan County, Zhangjiakou City

With the advent of computers and the Internet,since the middle of the last century,mankind has gradually stepped into the information age.The global economy has also developed vigorously relying on modern information technology.After China's reform and opening up,China's GDP rapidly increase,the per capita disposable income increased year by year,at the same time,our country's information level also shows a tendency of positive development,information equipment such as computers and smart phones and the Internet penetration rate increase year by year,netizens scale expanded year by year,more and more people enjoy the convenience brought by Internet information equipment and become rich through information equipment and technology.But we should also see,by the end of 2018,there are 16.6 million poor people across the country,most of them are distributed in “the old revolutionary base areas,ethnic minority areas,border areas and contiguous impoverished areas” and the key and difficult point for poverty alleviation tough,under the new situation,the traditional ways and means of poverty alleviation are hardly effective.The current situation of poverty in poverty-stricken areas has shown the compound characteristics of “economic poverty + information poverty”.It seriously hinders the effective development of China's poverty alleviation work.Therefore,it is necessary to implement information poverty alleviation.Only by strengthening propaganda and education,popularizing information equipment and improving information technology,can we improve the abundance of information resources in rural areas,enhance farmers' information awareness and information literacy,and help them establish their beliefs of information poverty alleviation and information enrichment,can we fundamentally reverse the current economic poverty problem in poor rural areas.The main body of this thesis includes the following three parts:The first part is the third chapter of this thesis,which is the investigation of the poverty situation in Yangyuan County of Zhangjiakou City.This chapter first discusses the process of field research,then analyses the distribution and income status of the poor,and finally investigates the current situation of rural poverty alleviation infrastructure construction and the main body of rural poverty alleviation services.The second part is the fourth chapter of this article.This chapter is an analysis of the main problems and causes of information poverty alleviation in Yangyuan County,Zhangjiakou City.The third part is the fifth chapter of this thesis,which is the countermeasures for rural information poverty alleviation.In this chapter,firstly,the successful experience of information poverty alleviation at home and abroad is used for reference,and then the countermeasures of information poverty alleviation in Yangyuan County of Zhangjiakou City are discussed.
