Research On Rural Elderly Care In Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County

With the deepening of population aging,the proportion of the elderly population is increasing year by year,and the issue of elderly care has always received people’s attention.The continuous development of urbanization in China has led to the transfer of young rural labor force to developed cities,leading to the gradual hollowing out of rural areas.The problem of rural population aging and elderly care is becoming increasingly serious,which affects the normal development of society.Therefore,we must attach great importance to the issue of elderly care in rural areas.Therefore,solving the issue of elderly care is of great significance for the development of the national economy and social harmony,and also has long-term practical significance for rural stability.By conducting corresponding research on the elderly care issues in rural areas of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County,analyzing the current problems in elderly care,proposing suggestions for improving elderly care,and providing some suggestions and reflections for other rural or ethnic areas in the country to solve elderly care problems.This article selects 12 rural areas in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County for research on elderly care.A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed and 350 questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 97.2%.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis,the current situation of rural elderly care in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County was analyzed,as well as the problems existing in rural elderly care in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County,such as a relatively single elderly care model,inadequate economic security,and insufficient spiritual care services The weak concept of respecting and loving the elderly,the shortage of medical security resources and other problems,and introduced the situation of old-age care at home and abroad,absorbed some good practices and experience,combined with the specific needs of the current elderly in old-age care,combined with the public goods theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,active aging theory,proposed countermeasures for the problems of rural old-age care in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County,such as improving and innovating the rural old-age care model Specific countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward in five aspects: consolidating the economic foundation of rural elderly care,enriching the spiritual and cultural life of rural elderly people,creating good moral customs for rural elderly care,and establishing a sound medical security system,so that rural elderly people can enjoy their old age happily.
