Research On The Practice Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Under The Shared Development

During the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"period,ensuring that all the rural poor are lifted out of poverty,and all the poverty-stricken counties are uncapped,is an important task for China to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects and an important prerequisite for achieving primary sharing goals.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has adhered to the implementation of precise poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation strategies,continuously:increased investment in funds and resources in rural poverty-stricken areas,and promoted China's poverty alleviation cause with remarkable results and improved The level of economic development in poor areas.The practice of precision poverty alleviation cannot be separated from the guidance and testing of advanced theory.The concept of shared development put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee reflects the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics,is related to the concept of Chinese traditional harmonious society,the theory of the comprehensive free development of Marxist classic writers,and the Chinese Communists' realization of common prosperity.The inheritance and development of the disc-ussion are major tiheoretical innovations that meet the actual needs of contemporary China's development.Shared development not only provides scientific theoretical guidance for accurate poverty alleviation,but also an important evaluation standard for testing the effectiveness of poverty alleviation in China.Based on this kind of thinking,this paper starts from the development of sharing,and uses literatture analysis and empirical research as the main research methods,trying to explore the achievements and problems of precision poverty alleviation practice from the academic level.Sharing development has established a C"one center,two pivots," analysis framework for exploring the practice of precision poverty alleviation:focusing on improving the self-development ability of the poor;helping the poor areas to form sustainable development in five aspects:economic,political,and cultural.The system and the level of sharing of public services are two fulcrums.China's precision poverty alleviation practice is based on"one center,two pivots".ensuring the effectiveness of' poverty alleviation and poverty,and effectively implementing shared development.This not only provides lessons for the fight against the"precise poverty alleviation",but also contributes to the Chinese program for the world's anti-poverty cause.At the same time,there are still some problems in the specific implementation process of China's precision poverty alleviation work.We need to further adhere to and implement shared development,coordinate poverty alleviation initiatives in rural poverty-stricken areas,build a poverty alleviation pattern involving multiple entities,and improve local government assessment and evaluation mechanisms.
