Research On The Effects Of Carrying Out Targeted Poverty Alleviation:the Measure Method And Applied Analysis

This paper focuses the study on the effects of carrying out targeted poverty alleviation.The study develops the method and empirical research on the anti-poverty work from two aspects:the benefit of reduction and eliminating poverty and the social development.In the study of poverty-reduce effect,from both micro and medium perspectives,this study carrise out the method research on the family and the province unit.On this foundation,this study chooses the expansion of medium income group and the advance towards the common prosperous as the major elements to research on a macro perspective.Compared with the predecessors,the contribution of this article focuses on four aspects.The first,this study design the analysis framework from direct and indirect effects,and choose the measurement content according to universality principle.The second,from the micro,medium and macro perspectives,this study use the family,province and social data to measure the effects of targeted poverty alleviation.The third,according to scientific principle,this study develops a fact oriented analysis method,designs a series of measure models and indicators,and sets up a accurate and effective measure method.The last,on the research conclusion,the paper shows the dependence of poverty-reduce effect on the local features,and provides a theoretical support to the policy deployment of targeted poverty alleviation.From the direct and indirect effects,and from the micro to macro perspective,this paper carrise out the measure research of targeted poverty alleviation.The first,based on the improvement of the impoverished household,from the micro perspective,the study designs measurement methods and implements empirical study,and reflects the effects of targeted poverty alleviation on the residential poverty elimination.The second,according to universality principle,this study chooses three policies:poverty alleviation funds,tourism industry,and urbanization,as the foundation of measure model and empirical research.All those reflect the direct effects on local poverty alleviation from the medium perspective.The last,according to the effects of expansion of medium income group and advance towards the common prosperous,the paper proposes a design of measure method and application research reflect the indirect social influence of targeted poverty alleviation,from the macro perspective.In summary,conclusions can be drawn as followed:1.The poverty alleviation projects has made tremendous achievements in residential economic.But in subjective and life wellbeing,there has many efforts needed to be strengthened further.2.The poverty alleviation funds has some dependence on local economics,agricultural growth and scale of the finance.Thus,because of the differences of local economics,there are still some threshold effects on the effects of poverty alleviation funds.3.The tourism industry,by the influence of its own internal-characters and external macro-circumstances,show its heterogeneity.4.The urbanization,in virtue of population mobility and other economic factors,has positive effects on rural poverty alleviation directly and indirectly,meanwhile the effects show its heterogeneity obviously.5.The targeted poverty alleviation,on the promotion of poverty and lower income population to medium income group,has yielded remarkable social benefits.Finally,combined with the research result,the paper gives some comprehensive proposal to improve the poverty alleviation working effects.
