Performance appraisal is a process in which enterprises,in order to achieve the purpose of production and operation,apply specific standards and indicators,adopt scientific methods,and make value judgment on the actual performance of employees who undertake the process and results of production and operation to complete the assigned tasks and the resulting effects.Only by doing a good job in corporate performance appraisal can financial performance be achieved.Only with financial performance can corporate profit be achieved.Only with profit can corporate performance and profit be achieved.Guangxu company is a developing private enterprise with more than 300 employees.The company used to be a small workshop.In the early stage of development,the company paid attention to the production and sales volume,and its internal management was chaotic.Due to the needs of enterprise management development,the company introduced the performance assessment concept and implemented the performance assessment scheme in non-piecework positions,which played an important role in improving enterprise management.However,the implementation of the performance appraisal scheme of Guangxu company has encountered numerous obstacles.On the one hand,it is difficult to decompose and implement the strategic objectives of the company,and the business performance of the company declines.On the other hand,the examiners perfunctory assessment,assessment system implementation in name only,Guangxu company performance assessment scheme optimization is imminent..Through the participation in the performance appraisal work and the middle management post appraisal satisfaction survey,it is found that the middle managers of the company are not satisfied with the performance appraisal plan,lack of positive performance behavior,still work on schedule.The author is deeply aware that the performance appraisal operation of Guangxu company has reached a deadlock.Therefore,the author proposes to optimize the performance appraisal scheme for middle management positions,design the performance appraisal scheme for middle management positions,innovate the appraisal incentive method,and optimize the application of appraisal results-performance wage system.It should be as simple and operable as possible,so that everyone in the middle management position knows how to do,what to do,to what extent,what are the benefits of doing well and what are the penalties for doing badly.To realize the purpose of optimizing the performance appraisal scheme of middle management positions in Guangxu company,create conditions for the reform of the entire company's performance appraisal scheme and the improvement of the appraisal level,and provide experience and support for the optimization of the appraisal scheme.At present,there are many researches on performance appraisal within the scope of management disciplines,but there is basically no research on the assessment of middle-level positions in enterprises.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of Guangxu company draw lessons from theories and methods of performance appraisal and the research achievements of management by objectives,from theory and practice to the middle position performance evaluation scheme optimization is studied,on the one hand,opened the way of thinking for the performance evaluation of research in the future,on the other hand for Guangxu company rebuilt the middle-level management job evaluation scheme,to change the company's overall performance appraisal scheme provides guiding significance;Improve the management level of the company.There are six parts in this paper.The first part introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this paper.This paper expounds the research ideas,methods,contents and innovation points.The second part theory and method of performance appraisal.This paper summarizes the definition,function,theoretical method and performance appraisal scheme of performance appraisal,and provides a theoretical basis for performance appraisal optimization of middle-level managers in Guangxu company.The third part mainly describes the current situation,problems and causes of performance assessment of middle management in Guangxu company.including the basic condition of the company and the company's middle management research,the present situation and problems of performance appraisal objectively analyzed the problems of middle managers performance evaluation,design the questionnaire and conduct the performance appraisal survey of middle management,further study of the influencing factors of middle management job evaluation scheme.The fourth part is to optimize and design the performance assessment scheme for middle management personnel in Guangxu company,from the aspects of assessment cycle optimization,assessment dimension extraction,optimization of assessment indicators and standards,weight distribution,and optimization of performance assessment methods,performance communication system and application of assessment results.In the fifth part,the feasibility analysis of the optimization scheme is carried out and the implementation guarantee of the optimization scheme for the performance assessment of middle management positions is established.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the results of this paper and prospects the future research.In a word,the implementation of enterprise performance appraisal and the improvement of performance management level are the guarantee to improve enterprise business performance.It is an arduous task to do a good job in enterprise performance assessment,ensure the implementation of performance assessment,and motivate employees to work actively and improve work performance.The road ahead is a difficult one,and there is a long way to go.
