After taking the current standard into comprehensive consideration,equipment manufacturing enterprises in Huainan City are still facing many problems and difficulties.The primary extensive production and management mode is still adopted in most of their production lines,which cannot satisfy the increasingly strict requirement on the enterprise development.In this paper,the production line of mining winch rope pulley in the enterprise S located in Huainan was chosen as a main research object.Then,under the guidance of the theories of process analysis,work measurement,heuristic algorithm and 6S field management,the problems about man-hour utilization rate,bottleneck workstation,workstation division and field management were studied in this paper based on the indexes of line balancing rate,line balancing loss rate,production line smoothness index,etc.The research processes and conclusions are provided as below:(1)Firstly,work determination at the 19 workstations in the production lines was performed based on the stopwatch chronometry to obtain the standard operation time at each workstation before the improvement.After the calculation,the balance indexes were separately 44%,56%and 6.0 before the three production lines were improved.It indicates the poor balance of the current production lines.(2)Process analysis was adopted to analyze the bottleneck workstation.By changing the equipment processing mode,the standard operation time was reduced within the production cycle.Also,with the use of the heuristic algorithm for the re-division of workstation,the number of workstation was reduced from 19 to 11.After the improvement of the production lines,the balance indexes were separately 78%,22%and 2.9.(3)The extensive field management on the production lines:the non-maintenance of the equipment,the random piling up at the working spot,the different operating levels of the workers,etc.Aiming at the above phenomena,6S field management was carried out to make the corrections through the following measures including fixed location management,red tagging,Kanban management,visual control,OPL and on-the-job training,and great achievements had been made.In conclusion,the above research proves that the improvement solution is feasible,through which the various production line indexes can be optimized and tend to balance,and the enterprise's production field management can be improved to a new level.Figure[20]Table[25]Reference[54]...
