Research On The Construction Status And Countermeasures Of The "Longjiang Silk Road Belt"

While economic globalization has brought many development opportunities to all countries in the world,it has also brought about a constant accumulation of contradictions and risks.Facing the complex situation of industrial structure imbalance with slow economic growth,Heilongjiang province put forward the overall idea of building the "Heilongjiang land and sea silk road economic belt"(hereinafter referred to as the "Longjiang Silk Road Belt")in April 2014,which has become an important part of the national "One Belt And One Road" initiative.The construction of the "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" aims to create a new pattern of opening up along the border of Heilongjiang,promote economic transformation and upgrading,and provide a new path choice for promoting the regional economic integration in northeast Asia.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part:This paper reviews the purpose and significance of the topic and the research status at home and abroad,expounds the research ideas and methods of this paper and the innovation of this paper.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt",analyzes its practical basis and functional orientation.The third part: analyzes the construction status of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt",including the existing problems and the stage achievements.The fourth part: from the internal and external aspects,this paper analyzes the influencing factors in the process of promoting the "Longjiang Silk Road belt".The fifth part: In view of the above factors,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,and the latest path suitable for the overall development of Longjiang river is explored from a deeper level.
