Construction Of Longjiang Silk Belt In The Background The Research On Industrial Transfer In Heilongjiang Province

With the 2008 financial crisis continuing to evolve,the global economic and trade recess and force the global industry to begin the Fifth Industry Transfer.The financial crisis not only forced China to adjust the economic development model to "new normal",but also Heilongjiang Province where has a lot of resource-intensive enterprises needs to adjust own industrial structure.Therefore,Heilongjiang Province needs to be more efficient to undertake high-quality enterprises at home or abroad to transfer to the local,and optimizes the industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province,so as to makes the economy healthy and rapid development.At the moment,“Longjiang Silk Belt”not only puts forward both the national "the Belt and Road Initiatives" development strategy,but also provides a new engine for the transfer of industry in Heilongjiang Province.On the basis of reading a large number of related literatures on industrial transfer research at home and abroad,this paper first elaborates about industrial transfer and connotation of “Longjiang Silk Belt”;Secondly,the Heilongjiang province under the “Longjiang Silk Belt” to undertake industrial status and causes of metastasis are analyzed and summarized;Then uses factor analysis and principal factor analysis to horizontal comparison analysis ten provinces in eastern with Heilongjiang province to undertake industrial transfer efficiency in 2005-2014,identify the impact of Heilongjiang province to undertake industrial transfer factors affecting the efficiency and relative deficiencies;the thirdly,the longitudinal analysis of 76 Heilongjiang Province(county)factors in 2013,and the industrial space layout using the factor analysis and spatial econometrics,industrial gradient factor binding Heilongjiang Province and " One core four place one ring and one outer" industrial layout in Heilongjiang Province,to find the best areas and industrial industrial transfer;and finally,Finally,from the empirical research results and a wide range of theoretical perspectives in the“Longjiang Silk Belt”to promote the background,how to take high efficiency in Heilongjiang Province and the transfer of the transfer industry,making the industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province to optimize the upgrade,And based on the results of the study put forward the corresponding principles and recommendations,which make the appropriate contribution by improving the ability of Heilongjiang Province to undertake “Longjiang Silk Belt”with a space layout.
