Study On The Development Of Tourism Industry In Harbin Under The Background Of "Longjiang Silk Belt"

In April 2014,the Heilongjiang provincial Party committee put forward the "Longjiang Silk Belt" development strategy.In 2015,the introduction of "The Belt and Road" building concept,Longjiang silk belt "is included.Harbin as the core city of Longjiang silk road construction zone ",which creates new opportunities and challenges for the development of the tourism industry in Harbin.This paper uses the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,according to the "Longjiang road" under the background of Harbin tourism industry development research.First of all,the article defines the concept of "Longjiang Silk Belt",and expounds the meaning of "Longjiang Silk Belt" construction,and analyzes the connotation and characteristics of tourism industry.Based on the theory of Angpu's,industrial integration theory,industrial agglomeration theory and sustainable development theory,this paper summarizes the present situation and achievements of academic research in domestic and foreign scholars in the field of tourism industry.Secondly,the article analyzes the current situation of the construction of "Longjiang Silk Belt" in Harbin and the cities of various nodes and the opportunities and challenges brought by the development of Harbin tourism industry.The opportunities are greater than the challenges,among which the opportunities are mainly realized in the improvement of traffic.The simplification of visa procedures and the strengthening of cultural tourism cooperation,the challenge is mainly from the "Longjiang Silk Belt" node city regional competition and resource development.Thirdly,using the method of RMP analysis,this paper analyzes the types and characteristics of tourism resources in Harbin under the background of "Longjiang Silk Belt",and on this basis,through the way of issuing questionnaires,with the background of the Harbin tourism market implementation of multi-dimensional system analysis,and then product analysis.Fourthly,the article points out that the development of Harbin tourism industry under thebackground of "Longjiang Silk Belt" should be characterized by the characteristics,the expansion and opening up,the people-oriented,the shared development and the green environmental protection as the principle,use of government-led,Resource-oriented,industrial integration and market demand combined development model.Finally,aiming at the existing problems and challenges,In view of the existing problems and challenges at this stage,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of the development of tourism industry in Harbin under the background of "Longjiang Silk Belt" from the government level,enterprise level and other organizational level.It proves reference for the government and tourism enterprises in the development of tourism industry and the development of tourism products.
