Bank A studied in this paper is one of the five state-owned commercial banks in China.Nowadays,the development of Internet finance is in full swing,which has a great impact on the traditional banking industry.At present,the bank is facing fierce competition from a large number of physical banks and Internet financial enterprises.At present,all major enterprises pay attention to the choice of employees and the balance of work and life of employees.In this context,the bank is aware of the importance of employee welfare,but the original traditional,fixed welfare system incentive effect is very little,it is necessary for enterprises to make corresponding adjustments to the welfare system,the implementation of flexible welfare system to motivate employees.Attract talent,retain talent,in the fierce Be in an invincible position in the competition.In this paper,the welfare system of Bank A is taken as the research object,and the satisfaction of Bank A employees with the current welfare system is studied by questionnaire survey.It is found that most of the employees of Bank A are not satisfied with the current welfare system.The main reason is that welfare projects can not meet the personalized needs,the vast majority of employees want to implement flexible welfare system.It is found that it is necessary for Bank A to introduce flexible welfare system to meet the flexible demand of employees for welfare,so as to improve employee satisfaction and improve the quality of talents.And from the aspects of finance and finance,welfare policy,employee demand,IT management level and communication mechanism,Bank A also has the implementation bomb.The feasibility of the sexual welfare system.Then this paper puts forward the concrete application design of A bank flexible welfare system.This paper first describes the research background and significance,research methods and technical tools,as well as structural arrangements and innovations.Then combined with the relevant literature,this paper analyzes the definition of related concepts,first expounds the overview of employee welfare and the research of flexible welfare system,and analyzes the theoretical basis,foreign research status,domestic research status,the basic types of flexible welfare system.The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of flexible welfare system and other related theories.Secondly,combined with the literature and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the present situation of the implementation of the welfare system of Bank A,and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing the flexible welfare system of Bank A,and then puts forward the principles and steps of the design of the flexible welfare system.Then it analyzes the concrete application design of flexible welfare in Bank A,which is mainly reflected in the overall thinking and goal of the design,the mode choice of flexible welfare system,the source of funds of flexible welfare system,and the project design of flexible welfare system.The distribution of flexible welfare points,the organization,implementation and management of flexible welfare system.Because there are few banks using flexible welfare system at this stage,especially there is little research on public banks,coupled with the limitations of the author's ability and the collation of survey data,there is a lack of in-depth research.However,the flexible welfare system will inevitably replace the traditional welfare model and become the most commonly used method of enterprise welfare management,but the transformation process is bound to be long and full of challenges,which requires continuous research by scholars and human resources departments of banks.Try and summarize,continue to improve in practice,for the promotion and implementation of flexible welfare system in China to provide more valuable theories and cases.
