The development of modern agriculture is inseparable from the support of agricultural industrialization organizations,economy,technology and talents.The implementation of agricultural industrialization projects is an important way to promote the development of agricultural industrialization and expand the scale of agricultural industrialization.Financial funds support the construction of agricultural industrialization projects,which plays a positive role in promoting structural adjustment of agricultural industrialization,supporting and developing agricultural leading enterprises,guiding those enterprises to introduce modern agricultural production techniques and build modem agricultural industrialization chain,enhancing the effectiveness of agricultural growth and increasing the income of farmers.The Agricultural Bureau of W District is the direct administration department of the agricultural industrialization project that manages the project,is the executor of agricultural industrialization policy,the connector of policy and enterprise,and it undertakes the bridge function of "expressing the situation from the top to the bottom,uploading the information from the bottom".The quality and efficiency of its work,especially the quality and efficiency of communication,will directly affect the landing,promotion and implementation of agricultural industrialization projects in W district At the same time,with the deepening of agricultural supply-side structural reform and the Rural Revitalization Strategy at all levels combined with the quicker acceleration of agr:icultural industrialization process,there will be more agricultural industrialization projects which are larger and more comprehensive in the future.All this would be a great challenge for the project management of agricultural bureau of W district.It is necessary and scientific to try to introduce modem project management knowledge system and implement communication management methods in agricultural industrialization project management.Takes the management of agricultural industrialization project in Agricultural Bureau of W district as the research object,and personal experience on agricultural industrialization project management,through seek the communication management relevant literature and historically project ledger,and have a interview with project management staff,collecting and sorting the W district agriculture agricultural industrialization project in 2015-2018 data.Thus,this paper analyzes the object,content,channel and form of the communication of the agricultural industrialization project management in agricultural bureau of W district in detail.Conduct in-depth research on communication barriers,including the causes and consequences of the obstacles;Finally,on the basis of the research on the current situation and obstacles of communication,this paper proposes five feasible improvement measures for the important factors of communication management,such as"persons","methods","channels" and so on.The conclusion of this study broadens the application of communication management in the agricultural industrialization project management of government departments,which is of practical significance to improve the communication efficiency and promote the modernization management ability of the agricultural bureau in W district.The expectation is to provide some reference significance for improving the ability of entrepreneurship and innovation in rural areas,promoting the efficient development of agricultural industrialization in W district and the research of similar projects.
