Mobile learning is the learning carried out by learners on mobile devices according to their own wishes and needs.Mobile learning is not limited by time and place,and provides the possibility for lifelong learning and ubiquitous learning.However,at present,there are some problems in college students' mobile learning,such as "weak lifelong learning consciousness","insufficient resource management ability" and "lack of self-management ability".Mobile learning power is the ability to ensure that learners can effectively use portable mobile devices and learn anytime and anywhere according to their own wishes and needs.It affects learners' motivation for mobile learning,the execution of mobile learning behaviors,and the regulation and control of mobile learning processes,etc.It is feasible to take "mobile learning power" as the breakthrough point to solve the above problems.Looking at the current situation of existing research,there are few researches on mobile learning power,and the existing researches on learning power in technology-riched environment lack the consideration of mobile learning situation.The evaluation index system of mobile learning power can guide and lead the improvement of mobile learning power,but it has not yet formed a relatively perfect and appropriate evaluation index system of mobile learning power.Therefore,this study intends to build a set of evaluation index system of mobile learning power from the perspective of promoting learning by evaluation.This research adopts a technical route that combines quantitative and qualitative methods.The main research methods used are: literature research method,Delphi method,factor analysis method,AHP and questionnaire method.It mainly includes the following core content:1.Responded to "What are the content of the evaluation indicators for college students' mobile learning power?".First,through the literature analysis method,collate and analyze the domestic and foreign views on the elements of learning power,and conclude that the elements of mobile learning power include "Drive","Execution" and "Regulation",and based on the elements,a preliminary evaluation index system at all levels is drawn up.Secondly,through the Delphi Method,the preliminary index were revised based on the opinions of experts.Finally,the evaluation index system is tested,and the effective samples are analyzed by project analysis and factor analysis.According to the relevant standards,the items are deleted,and final evaluation index system of college students' mobile learning power is formed,which consists of 3first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators.2.Responded to "How is the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system for mobile learning power of college students?" Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted according to the valid data.The results show that KMO coefficient is 0.889,the significance P value of Bartlett spherical test is less than 0.01,the fitting degree of the model in the first-order and second-order confirmatory factor analysis has reached an acceptable level,and the Cronbach coefficient and combination reliability value of each dimension are greater than 0.8.It shows that the evaluation index system of college students' mobile learning power,which consists of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators,has good reliability and validity.3.Responded to "What's the weight coefficient of the evaluation index of college students' mobile learning power?".First,based on the college students' mobile learning power index system and Saaty's nine-level scale method,the weighting questionnaire is prepared,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish the weight coefficients of each index system.The first-level index "Regulation" has the highest weight,which is 0.4993;the second "Execution" is 0.3804;the last "Drive" is 0.1203.Secondly,according to the relative weight coefficients,a scoring standard for the mobile learning power of college students is constructed.The highest score for the firstlevel index is 50 points for “Regulation”,the highest score for the second-level index is 20.7 points for “Process management”,and the highest score for the third-level index is 7.5 points for “C2.4”.4.Responded to the question "How is the evaluation index system of college students' mobile learning power operable?" In order to verify the applicability and practicability of the evaluation index system,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the current situation of college students' mobile learning power combined with scoring standard.To understand the overall situation of college students' mobile learning power,and compare the differences of college students' mobile learning power with different gender,grade,major,academic achievement and mobile device use time.In the analysis process,the operation of the evaluation index system is relatively simple,the presentation mode is easy to understand,and the evaluation results have a certain guiding role,which shows that the evaluation index system has good operability.In addition,through the preliminary analysis of the current situation of college students' mobile learning power,it is found that college students' mobile learning power is generally not high,especially in the "Regulation" part.We believe that the key to improving mobile learning power is how to deal with the fragmented learning time and content in the context of mobile learning.Based on this,from the perspective of college students,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Strengthen the habit of using fragmented time for mobile learning;(2)Use the strategy of zero deposit and withdrawal to gradually build a personal knowledge system;(3)Strengthen reflective thinking and action,stay clear-headed while studying,etc.The original intention of this study is to promote college students to effectively use smart phones as a good learning tool.We are concerned about how to avoid being passively caught in the torrent of information,and how to use this tool for learning.This study makes a preliminary exploration on the construction of the evaluation index system of college students' mobile learning power.I hope that the future research will optimize the evaluation index system,start with a large-scale survey,study the improvement of mobile learning power from multiple perspectives,and continue to improve and deepen the research.
