In order to explore the overall status and structures of the relative deprivation of employees in the Chinese context, and the mechanism of the relative deprivation of employees to their turnover intention, this study mainly carried out two aspects of research. The first research is based on a review of relevant research literature on relative deprivation, unfair cognition, and negative emotion at home and abroad,34 employees and relevant professionals were selected for semi-structured interviews, evaluation of suitability and readability, and the general procedures were compiled according to the scale.A total of 315 valid samples from enterprises in Hebei,Tianjin and Fujian provinces were selected, and the relative deprivation scale for enterprise employees was compiled. The second research is based on first research,386 employees from Hebei Province and Fujian Province were selected as the subjects to study the relationship between relative deprivation and turnover intention. At the same time,it also examines the influence mechanism between the employees' relative deprivation and power distance in the organizational justice and turnover intention. The results showed:(1)The“Relative Deprivation Scale for Enterprise Employees”has two dimensions, namely, the individual cognitive relative deprivation and the individual emotional relative deprivation. The reliability and validity of the scale is good and can be used as a Survey tool for the individual relative deprivation of employees(?=0.902).(2)The overall level of relative deprivation of employees is at a medium-to-high level.Among the two dimensions, the individual's emotional relative deprivation mean score is almost equal to the individual cognitive relative deprivation.(3)Thedistributive justice and procedural justice of employees in the enterprise can significantly negatively predict the employee's turnover intention, that is,the higher the employee's distributive justice in the enterprise, the lower the turnover intention;the higher the employee's procedural justice, the lower the turnover intention. The relative deprivation can significantly predict the employee's turnover intention. The relative deprivation has a partial mediated role in the relationship between distribution justices, procedural justices and turnoverintention, and the power distance plays a moderated role between the relative deprivation of individual emotions and turnover intention. The relative deprivation scale of enterprise employees has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool to study the individual relative deprivation of employees. The relative deprivation has a partial mediated role in the relationship between distribution justices, procedural justices and turnover intention, and the power distance plays a moderated role between the relative deprivation of individual emotions and turnover intention.
