With the development of the economy and society,the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives.Users' needs for Internet software products are also increasing,and the complexity of software products is getting higher and higher.It follows that the individual decentralized development model is gradually not suitable for the needs of software development,and the software development industry has entered the stage of collective development of the team.As a new type of Internet company,this thesis's travel sharing APP project is no exception.The management problem of the project team is accompanying at the same time.In the past projects,whether cooperation issues between various functional teams or serious dependence on third-party resources brings great challenges to the progress of the projects and delaying and rushing problems are more severe.This thesis will solve these problems by improving the project schedule.This thesis firstly understates the theoretical development and practical application of schedule management at home and abroad through literature review and data review.Then,through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of related schedule management methods,the applicability of the critical chain method in software development projects is confirmed.Subsequently,the team composition and progress management status of the travel sharing APP project are analyzed,and the crux of the problem is therefore obtained:the inaccuracy of construction period,serious dependence on the project resources,the inferior quality of the product in the handover phase and the change of the product demands.In response to these problems,in the third chapter,the initial critical path is completed by sub-task decomposition and task-sequence relationship of the project,then the buffers are set for each resource node through expert brainstorming,and the tasks are adjusted for the senior engineers with overload resources and acquire the final optimized project schedule.In the fourth chapter,project management can control the risk of project progress by adding buffer monitoring.After the completion of the project,the process of each stage of the project is analyzed and evaluated,and the role of the critical chain method in the project schedule is confirmed.Based on the key chain method,the thesis establishes a project schedule management plan for the new team model of Internet software development through the practical application of project progress management in the travel sharing APP.The plan could better guarantee the timely delivery of the project and accumulates valuable experience in the field of project schedule management for the internet software development projects in the future.
