A Study On The Capability And Dilemma Of The Peasant Workers In The New Generation

"New generation of migrant workers" refers to the rural migrant population who was born in the 1980s or 1990s and who began to go to work abroad since the 1990s.They were younger and had a higher cultural level,and had no experience in farming.As a booster of industrialization,modernization and urbanization,the "new generation of migrant workers",while promoting economic development,is also a victim of economic development.Their work and life are in the city,but they are not recognized by the city.The gap between urban residents is growing,for a variety of reasons makes the new generation of migrant workers to adapt to the city difficult.Therefore,to solve the problem of urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers,will help to improve their quality of labor,is conducive to improving their sense of belonging to the city,to promote their gradual from the physical into a skilled type,promote the healthy development of urbanization,social harmony stable.This paper first elaborates the core concepts related to the new generation of migrant workers,civicization and urbanization ability through-the methods of data collection and data analysis such as literature law and interview method,and discusses the concept of the core concept of the interaction between the Jingkou Industrial Park and Zhenkou Industrial Park.Human capital,social capital and urban adaptation and integration of three aspects of the analysis of migrant workers in the city,that in the human capital,migrant workers exist their own quality and conditions,differences in values,need to pay attention to migrant workers in the post-capital rather than In the social capital,due to the homogeneity and heterogeneity of social capital differences,the new generation of migrant workers need to have a transitional stage,the need for household registration system,social security system and other aspects of continuous development and inheritance;in the city Adaptation and integration,the new generation of migrant workers need to overcome the cultural,habits and other differences,and deal with the competitiveness of urban residents.Secondly,through the interviews of 20 new generation migrant workers,to understand their personal factors,work factors and psychological factors,the new generation of migrant workers in different aspects of the status quo.Finally,this paper analyzes the plight of the new generation of migrant workers from the aspects of individual level,family level,social level and policy level,including occupation,psychological attribution,residence,children's education,household registration policy and social security.Therefore,this paper takes the Cenozoic migrant workers in Jingkou Industrial Park of Zhenjiang City as the interview object,and on the basis of analyzing the plight of the Cenozoic peasant workers,this paper puts forward the new generation from the individual level,the family level,the social level and the policy level Some suggestions on accelerating the ability of migrant workers,including speeding up the concept of change,improving the ability to adapt,improve the social security system,household registration system,so that the new generation of migrant workers into a qualified new city citizens,the real realization of the process of citizenship.
