Research On Household Differentiation And The Differences Of Willingness To Transfer Agricultural Land And Its Influencing Factors

Transfer of agricultural land to solve our present stage extensive use of land resources and low agricultural operations have greatly improved the efficiency problem for improving agricultural land resource use efficiency.It is significant for promoting agricultural supply-side reform,transformation of agricultural economic growth and the promotion of new urbanization and agricultural modernization,in recent years,farmers' differentiation is a prominent phenomenon with the great change in the rural area.Previous studies have ignored the impact of differences in household differentiation of farmers involved in rural land circulation.This study built an analytical framework of the willingness differences of farmland transfer based on previous researches.Through this framework to analyze farmland transfer willingness differences and influencing factors,This study did a field research in Yangzhou City,Jiangsu Province to get the data from famers and do research in depth by the empirical model to analyze farmers of differentiation background farmland circulation willingness difference and its influencing factors at this stage.This study was aimed to provide a reference for the promotion of the present agricultural land transfer and the development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization.This study was based on a literature review and field survey and found that Yangzhou City as the modernization of agriculture in higher levels of Jiangsu Province,in terms of agricultural land transfer presents a series of new features,mainly as follows:(1)Transfer of agricultural land covers a large area,the transfer mode is primarily rental,subcontracting,most of the land transfer agreement brokered by the village collective.(2)Farmers differentiation,diversified occupational category tends to exist a large number of concurrent business behavior,while the proportion of non-farm income continues to increase.(3)Farmers' awareness of high agricultural land system is generally high,most farmers considered to have agricultural land contract and management rights,but there are some differences on Land Tenure specific cognitive capabilities,showing farmers the specific cognitive capabilities exist blind.(4)There are significant differences in willingness to transfer of agricultural land of farmers under the household differentiation background.Different occupational categories,different occupations and levels of economic differentiation farmers agricultural land transfer significant differences willingness to respect.In this study,multivariate Logistic model and Tobit model empirical analysis of the main factors the context of differentiation farmers agricultural land transfer willingness,the study found:(1)Household differentiation has a significant influence on the circulation of agricultural land will.Meanwhile households headed by age,health,pension species have a significant impact on the agricultural land into will;family-owned agricultural land,the number of agricultural labor force of agricultural land into the will have a significant impact;land contract rights certificates and land ownership for farmers circulation willingness to have a significant impact.(2)For the transfer of agricultural land there is the will of farmers,the farmers have a significant effect on the differentiation willing to scale circulation of agricultural land.While land ownership registration certification willing to turn out to have a significant effect on the size of agricultural land;family-owned agricultural land,the number of agricultural labor stability cognitive Land rights,land contract rights certificates have a significant impact on the willingness of agricultural land transfer size.For the above conclusions,this paper mainly proposed political suggestions in four aspects of agricultural land transfer policy:perfecting farmland property right system and increasing farmers' awareness,establishing a sound social security system,promoting rural surplus labor force in nonagricultural employment and establishing the circulation of agricultural land market.
