The advancement of technology and the development of society have made the role of knowledge in innovation more and more important,and its carrier knowledge network has gradually improved its position in innovation.At the same time,the acceleration of technical iterative updates also requires companies to respond faster.Therefore,the team form is increasingly becoming the main organizational form of enterprise innovation because of its rapid response capability.The diversity of team members makes the team have a wealth of knowledge information,and at the same time,it may cause communication barriers between team members,which is not conducive to the team's innovative performance.A good knowledge network structure and relationship in the team facilitates the sharing of information within the team,which in turn enhances the team's innovation performance.Based on this point and a lot of theoretical research,this paper constructed a theoretical model and put forward 16 hypotheses.Then,this paper collected 568 questionnaires of 124 teams to test the theoretical model,took the relevant and regression analysis with SPSS21,results are as follows:(1)Team diversity's 3 dimensions has a significant impact on innovation performance,in which Social category diversity and values diversity negatively affects innovation performance,information diversity positively affects innovation performance;(2)Knowledge network's three dimensions have a significant positive impact on innovation performance;(3)Team diversity has a partially significant impact on knowledge network,in which,Social category diversity negatively affects the relationship strength and the quality of relations.The influence of social category diversity on network centrality has not been verified.Information diversity positively affects the relationship strength and the quality of relations.The influence of information diversity on network centrality has not been verified.values diversity negatively affects network centrality?the relationship strength and the quality of relations.(4)Knowledge network plays a partial intermediary role between team diversity and innovation performance.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to improve the innovation performance of teams about team diversity and knowledge network:(1)Promote communication and interaction between members of different social category.(2)Select members with greater information diversity to join the team.(3)Select members with similar values to join the team to ensure the consistency of the team's internal values.(4)Pay attention to the central figures of the network and improve their information processing capabilities.(5)Enhance the relationship strength and relationship quality between members,and form a good knowledge sharing atmosphere.
