Research On Social Enterprise Participation In Poverty Governance Model From The Perspective Of Capability

Poverty,especially in rural areas,is a major factor that affects China's economic development and social stability.In the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to resolutely win the fight against poverty and let the poor and poverty-stricken areas join the country in entering a comprehensive well-off society,which is enough to see the country's emphasis and determination on poverty alleviation.In the process of solving the poverty problem,various poverty alleviation entities such as the government,non-governmental organizations,and enterprises play an important role in poverty alleviation.Among them,social enterprises have their own unique advantages and play a unique role in poverty alleviation and development in poverty-stricken areas.The advantages of inclusive development and sustainable development,with the inherent potential of “hematopoietic” and poverty alleviation,is one of the important social forces in the practice of social poverty governance.After analyzing the current models of social enterprises participating in poverty alleviation and governance in China,this paper summarizes the problems of social enterprises participating in poverty alleviation such as marginalization of poor people and further from the perspective of feasible capabilities.Starting from the analysis of the root causes of the above problems,this paper finds that although the social enterprises in the past can help the people in the poverty-stricken areas to obtain resources and increase wealth,they lack the awareness of training from the poor themselves,that is,to help the poor to improve their own capabilities.To form a long-term poverty alleviation mechanism in the entire poverty-stricken areas to prevent the phenomenon of returning to poverty.Therefore,the focus of this study is to start from the self-motivation of the poor,to better solve the problem of poverty for the poor,to improve viability,and ultimately to enjoy substantive freedom.Combined with the practice of social enterprises participating in poverty alleviation and governance in some poverty-stricken areas,it also provides useful experience and reasonable reference for large-scale popularization and promotion in China,and deserves further study.
