The Research On Rural Poverty Governance From The Perspective Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation In China

As a poverty problem with coexistence of economic and social problems,people all over the world have never stopped paying attention to it and studying it.Developed countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom,which are experiencing rapid economic growth,are also deeply affected by poverty.As the largest developing country,despite the steady and sustained growth of economic income,it is undeniable that China,like most countries in the world,also has the problem of poverty,and the problem of poverty is mostly concentrated in rural areas.Accurate poverty alleviation is a major theoretical innovation made by General Secretary Xi Jinping for the effective management of rural poverty in China.The core content of his thought lies in “accuracy”.Therefore,this study will study the real poverty problem in China's rural areas with the achievement concept and mechanism of precise poverty alleviation.Thus,it provides ideas for the construction of precise poverty control countermeasures in China's rural areas.Firstly,this study summarizes the research ideas of domestic and foreign scholars on poverty,which provides a theoretical basis for further research and analysis of the causes of poverty.Through the investigation and research in many rural areas,by collating and analyzing the investigation reports and combining with literature,this paper summarizes the present situation and achievements of rural governance in China.In this process,we have also seen some cases of inappropriate governance and incomplete governance.This study will analyze the causes and manifestations of these problems of inappropriate governance and incomplete governance on the deviation in identifying the poor objects,the distortion of poverty alleviation data,the weak economic foundation of poverty management and the poor peasant households' returning to poverty.Finally,on the basis of the theory of precise poverty alleviation and the reality of rural poverty,and closely combined with the actual problems faced by most rural areas in the process of actual governance,this paper proposes some precision poverty control measures of tamping the basic work of accurately identifying poverty-stricken objects,strengthening the precise management of poverty alleviation rights in rural areas at the grass-roots level,strengthening the precise assistance work in rural areas at the grass-roots level and improving the precise follow-up mechanism in the later stage of poverty alleviation.In order to further promote the full realization of a well-off society on schedule,it cleared the obstacles and contributed to the cause of poverty reduction in the world.
