At present,due to the influence of economic globalization,Vietnamese enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises in Vietnam have encountered many challenges and difficulties.On one hand,enterprises are facing fierce competition in the market,on the other hand,they must reasonably solve problems within the enterprise,so that enterprises can develop steadily.Practice has proved that it is necessary to create a healthy and harmonious labor relationship in order to build a harmonious society and promote enterprises' development.Therefore,enterprises must continuously improve the level of human resources and improve employees' satisfaction with labor relations to encourage employees to work actively and reduce labor disputes.This paper mainly studies how to improve the satisfaction of the labor relations of Vietnamese employees in Chinese companies.The research object is the Vietnamese employees who work for Chinese-funded enterprises in Bac Giang,Viet Nam.The reason for choosing this research object is because there are many Chinese-funded enterprises and the number of employees in the locality.In recent years,labor disputes often occur,which has a lot of impacts on normal production and living activities.This paper uses qualitative research and quantitative research methods to solve the proposed problems.First,I designed the research framework and research model through literature research:collecting data through field surveys and in-depth interviews;using SPSS22.0 to test the rationality of the research model;performing factor analysis and analysis of survey results.The recommendations on the satisfaction of labor relations among employees of enterprises are embodied in the state's management of labor relations,labor-management dialogues in enterprises,labor unions,labor relations,wages and treatment systems,and labor safety,health and social insurance.I hope that this research can provide useful information and suggestions for Chinese entrepreneurs,Chinese management scholars,and Vietnamese-funded enterprises.It also provides valuable reference materials for Vietnamese scholars and provides meaningful inspiration for Vietnamese scholars.
