Measurement Of Total Factor Productivity And Spatio-temporal Evolution Of Logistics Industry In Hubei Province

Since the 21 st century,the logistics industry has become the three major productive service industries alongside the financial and information industries,and has become an emerging national economic growth point.Total factor productivity is the core of supply-side reform.It is the key to improving the development level of the industry by proposing the influencing factors of logistics total factor productivity from time and space dimensions and proposing targeted recommendations.It is of great significance to measure the total factor productivity of logistics in Hubei Province,and to find out measures to improve and balance regional logistics productivity.It is of great significance to promote the flow of production factors and promote economic development through the development of logistics.With the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the logistics industry in Hubei Province also ushered in new development opportunities,studying the efficiency level and its spatial pattern of the logistics industry in Hubei Province and its relative status in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and neighboring provinces and cities,which is beneficial to its The healthy development of the logistics industry.In this paper,the DEA method is used to measure the total factor productivity of logistics in Hubei province.Then,the exploratory spatial analysis method is used to observe the spatial correlation of logistics efficiency in 2009-2015.Finally,the countermeasures are proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Calculation of regional logistics efficiency in Hubei Province.The corresponding indicator system was selected and the DEA model was used to build the province from 2009 to 2015.The annual regional logistics efficiency level is measured.Although the pure technical efficiency of Hubei logistics industry is different,the difference is not big,and the overall level is high,indicating that the utilization factor of logistics input in Hubei Province is high and the investment environment is good.The overall investment situation of each city is good,and the DEA can be effective by making minor adjustments.Comprehensive analysis of the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency data of each year.According to the comprehensive data of cities in Hubei Province,the pure technical efficiency data of most years is slightly larger than the scale efficiency data,indicating that the cities should pay more attention to the technology of the logistics industry than the input factors.And the development environment such as management factors to promote better and faster development of the province's logistics industry.(2)Analysis of the spatial structure of regional logistics efficiency in Hubei Province.According to the measured efficiency value,the ESDA method was used to find the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of regional logistics efficiency in Hubei Province.Under the overall terrain of the west and the east and low mountains,the development level of total factor productivity of the logistics industry showed a low to high east.Wuhan's central city has a higher total factor productivity of logistics,and the farther away it is,the lower the Wuhan is from the economic,political and cultural center.It proves that the total factor productivity of logistics is closely related to the political and economic location of the region.Logistics serves the economic development,relying on economic development and promoting economic development.The development of logistics is an essential driving force for regional economic development,and it requires the external support of economic,political and technological factors.(3)To explore the auto-correlation analysis of the total factor productivity of Hubei Province in Hubei Province.The study found that the degree of development of logistics total factor productivity among cities in Hubei Province is not high.Although there is a trend of positive spatial correlation in Moran scatter plots,the degree of inclination of related lines is low,and the correlation between them is not obvious.
