As a basic industry of the national economy,agriculture is an important pillar industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.The accelerated development of industrialization and urbanization,as well as the country's increasing emphasis on the transformation of food from “quantity” to “quality”,has promoted the continuous modernization of China's agriculture.Agriculture is accelerating the transition.As a national province with large grain output and commodity output,Heilongjiang Province is also a demonstration zone for modern agricultural demonstration zones and modern agricultural comprehensive reforms in China,which plays a leading and demonstrating role in agricultural development.In the past five years,Heilongjiang Province has been striving to do a good job in national food safety ballast stone and agricultural modernization.At the same time,it has continuously released agricultural advantages and put forward new requirements for agricultural financial products.As the main force supporting agricultural development,the Agricultural Bank has been continuously reformed and eventually returned to agriculture under the impetus of internal and external environmental changes.The Agricultural Bank has made a lot of efforts to target financial products in the agricultural sector,but there are still deficiencies.Based on this,this paper takes the agricultural development of Heilongjiang Province as the research background,and takes the Agricultural Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch support service as the starting point,through the research and analysis of domestic and foreign literature,the definitions of agricultural and agricultural development and financial support are defined.Based on the theory of agricultural protection,agricultural credit subsidy theory,financial development theory,and financial supply and demand theory,through the analysis of the current situation of supporting agriculture in Agricultural Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch,the problems of agricultural banks in supporting agriculture are summarized,For example,agricultural loans are difficult to meet the needs of agricultural development.The low efficiency of supporting agriculture services,the lack of credit risk management,the high credit default rate and the imperfect financial support mechanism have limited the innovation of agricultural loans.According to the distinction between neoclassical economists' "change of supply and demand equilibrium factors",from the two aspects of "demand and supply",analysis of the influencing factors of financial product demand for agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province and the influencing factors of agricultural bank financial product supply from the perspective of "exogenous factors" and "endogenous factors".Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of“demand and supply”,based on the relevant data from 2006 to 2016,using the empirical analysis method of stepwise regression to comprehensively evaluate the influencing factors of supporting agriculture in Heilongjiang Agricultural Bank,the following conclusions are drawn: The income level of farmers' investment ability has a positive impact on the agricultural bank's support for agricultural development;Second,the total agricultural machinery that reflects the state of agricultural production and management has a positive impact on the agricultural bank's support for agricultural development;Third,the government policy factors affect the support of agricultural banks.Agricultural development shows that agricultural banks need the government to actively guide agriculture;fourth,the non-performing loan ratio and the bank's innovation ability have an impact on agricultural banks supporting agriculture,indicating that the agricultural banks have to improve their internal management capabilities.Finally,based on the previous "factor analysis and evaluation results",the paper puts forward some specific countermeasures to improve the support of the Agricultural Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch: on the one hand,banks should innovate financial products to meet the needs of agricultural development;improve the service system for supporting agriculture and improve the support of agriculture Service efficiency.On the other hand,improve the financial support for agriculture,reduce the rate of non-performing loans;increase financial support,improve the ability of banks to withstand risks;accelerate the construction of property rights trading market and legal system,and promote financial product innovation.
