Study On Benefit Evaluation Of Major Projects Of Land Consolidation In The East Of Gansu Province

With the continuous improvement of the national economy and the progress of society,its standards for the requirements of agricultural infrastructure and food production capacity are gradually increasing.Therefore,the land remediation project has gradually been promoted within the scope of our country and has been greatly encouraged and supported by the country.The Gansu Province,as an important agricultural province in the western part of China,has its arable land infrastructure and grain production capacity directly or indirectly affected the development of the region.This study takes the major projects of land remediation in the eastern part of Gansu Province as the research object.Based on its social benefits,economic benefits,and ecological benefits,based on the study of relevant theoretical knowledge,it uses actual surveys and theoretical analysis methods to evaluate the effect of land remediation.An evaluation analysis was performed.In this study,combined with the overview of the study area and geographical characteristics,we selected indicators such as increased farmland area ratio,increased grain production capacity,new production routes,land use efficiency,and annual new net income as evaluation indicators for land consolidation effectiveness.The percentage of farmland area after the implementation of major land improvement projects was increased by 10.6%,8.12%,12.05%,and 5.28%,respectively,in 4 counties in Jing County,Pingliang City,Jingning City,Xifeng District,and Qingshui County,Tianshui City.In addition,a comprehensive index evaluation method was used to construct a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system,and quantitatively analyze the evaluation results of various indicators.The results show that the benefits of major lcomprehensive benefit evaluation score of major land consolidation projects in the eastern part of Gansu and remediation project projects are significant,and the Province is 6.20.The benefit level is "good".Based on the comprehensive evaluation and analysis,combined with the actual results of the survey,the improvement effect of major projects for land improvement on the conditions of agricultural production infrastructure,the driving force for economic growth,and the promotion of ecological environment protection are described,for follow-up land consolidation.The development of major engineering-related work has provided lessons and provided theoretical guidance for the standardization and rationality of major land remediation projects.
