With the rapid development and progress of society,the regional integration and situation of economic globalization have become more and more obvious.At the same time,the exhibition industry has also been developed rapidly and has become an important part of the tertiary industry.Depend on the deepening of reform and opening up and rapid economic development,the development of exhibition industry has a favorable environment.However,compared with the developed countries,because of the late development of the exhibition industry in China,the development gap is ridiculously huge.This paper mainly studies:(1)the international and domestic status of the exhibition industry.(2)By studying the development history of MY exhibition company and the status of its industry at present,this paper summarizes the advantage of MY exhibition company and the main problems it faced.(3)Combined with the present situation of domestic and foreign exhibition industry,it points out that the future development strategy of MY exhibition company.(4)Through integrating the architecture and exhibition process of MY exhibition company and the specific exhibition case,this paper analyzes and discusses the existing problems and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.The development strategy of MY exhibition company is developing in the changing and merging times,the national policy and principle,and the theory of enterprise management.The result of the organic combination of exhibition development and specific institutional mechanism and business development of MY exhibition company is the unity of constant and change.Eventually the development strategy promotes MY exhibition company to develope into a domestic leading enterprise.As a result,the development of MY exhibition company provides the development model and trend for the domestic exhibition industry in the context of the positive development and support of the country and supplies a case reference for the new mode of exhibition development in China.This thesis analyzes the external environment of MY exhibition company by using the strategic analysis tool PEST analysis model,Porter's five-force analysis model,and SWOT matrix analysis.MY exhibition company is analyzed from the aspects of company profile,development strategy,internal organization structure and the production process,specific exhibition case.The integrated development strategy and the one-stop whole industry chain of exhibition industry--value network development model of MY exhibition company are proposed.At the same time,specific measures including merger and acquisition,integration of information resources and optimizing the exhibition service system are formulated,which strengthen cross-border integration of different industries and find the new growth point of MY exhibition company.Finally,it is concluded that the future development strategy of MY exhibition company is feasible and feasible,which can be used in the future development of the exhibition industry.Combined the development history of MY exhibition company for more than ten years,the field research analysis and investigation results,this paper summarizes and concludes the advantages and experience of MY exhibition company,and at the same time analyzes and discusses the disadvantages and major problems of MY exhibition company.It aims to integrate the superior resources of all parties and establish approptiate development strategies.Finally,in view of the current situation and future development of MY exhibition company,a comprehensive,feasible and innovative development strategy system is formed.From the point of view of the strategy system itself,it is the combination of theory and practice.From the point of view of development strategy,this paper focuses on practical problems and embodies the dialectics and self-consistency of strategy itself.
