With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,tourism has completed the transformation from the minority market to the majority market.People's concepts and requirements as regards tourism consumption have undergone tremendous changes,from just focusing on scenic spots to paying more attention to tourism experience,and pursuing more in-depth experience tourism.As a representative of experiential tourism,hot spring tourism,which integrates tourism,leisure,vacation,health and wellness,has already become a popular item for people to enjoy.The hot spring tourism in China developed rapidly,and it is increasing at an average annual rate of about 10%.According to the forecast of the Industrial Research Center for the Comprehensive Utilization of Hot Springs in China,the total number of hot spring tourism in China will reach 1.06 billion by 2020,accounting for almost 20% of the total number of domestic tourists,showing a rapid development trend.In this context,from the perspective of industrial value chain analysis and based on tourism experience,this paper divides the value chain of hot spring tourism industry into five links: tourism scenic resources and planning,integrated tourism information marketing,tourism transportation,tourism product production and consumption,integrated tourism services.Through expert scoring method and FAHP method,a relatively scientific index system of hot spring tourism industry value chain is constructed.Based on the index system,the value chain of hot spring tourism industry is studied from the perspective of tourism experience.Taking Luhu Hot Spring Scenic Area in Fengshun County of Guangdong Province as an example,the competitiveness of the industrial value chain of Luhu Hot Spring in Guangdong Province is ranked from high to low as follows: tourism information transmission,tourism resources and planning,integration tourism services,tourism transportation,production and consumption of tourism products.According to the value system of hot spring tourism industry chain and the research results of Luhu hot spring industry,some suggestions are put forward: Firstly,According to the attributes of user groups,constructing the recreational projects of the park to enrich the leisure choice of tourists;Secondly,Enhancing the exploitation of tourist commodities and taking the creative development road of hot spring tourism;Thirdly,Improving the transportation system to facilitate free travel of individual passengers;Last but not least,Linking up the Scenic Spots around the Park to Create the Cultural Characteristics of Hot Springs in the Park.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of Luhu hot spring industry and related suggestions are generalized,and some suggestions for the development of the value chain of hot spring tourism industry in China are put forward:Firstly,Promoting the internal industrial chain of hot springs and enhancing the core attraction of hot springs tourism;Secondly,Extending the External Industrial Chain and Enhancing the Comprehensive Economic Benefit.From the perspective of tourist experience,analyzing the hot spring tourism industry from the height of industrial value chain,this paper uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)to make objective scoring systems and relevant suggestions are put forward accordingly.There are also some deficiencies in this paper,such as inadequate accuracy in defining the value chain of hot spring tourism industry;some deviations in data indicators;and lack of in-depth study on the overall problem of hot spring tourism industry and so on.
