The project has the characteristics of high investment,large volume,long construction period and non-repetition,changes in the market price of raw materials,fluctuations in bank interest rates,changes in policies and regulations,the natural environment,and the uncertainty of the relationship between the two parties.The incompleteness of the contract formulation has caused many uncertainties in the project.Although in the initial stage of the project,the contractor and the contractor will enter into contracts to constrain the uncertainty in the construction process,but there are still many incompleteness in the formulation of the project,which leads to many problems.In practice,it has been found that the rigid clauses in traditional contracts do not allow for post-adjustment of contracts,resulting in developers and contractors often suffering from the uncertainty of engineering projects,and seeking compensation through legal channels requires significant costs.So that both sides face different pressures and risks.Based on the above background,based on the literature research,the concept of contract flexibility and engineering project management performance is defined.The theory of performance evaluation and extension theory are expounded,which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.Secondly,from the perspective of management,the feasibility of applying contract flexibility to project management performance evaluation is analyzed.From the perspective of performance evaluation,the necessity of applying contract flexibility to project management performance evaluation is discussed.The performance evaluation index system of cost,duration,quality and cooperation relationship was selected.The questionnaire was used to prove the rationality of index setting,and the project performance evaluation index system considering contract flexibility was obtained.Thirdly,from the perspective of the fit of the matter-element extension evaluation method in the performance evaluation of engineering project management,the entropy weight method is used to eliminate the subjective influence of expert scoring,and the weight of each index is calculated.The law evaluates the index system,and constructs a project project performance evaluation model considering contract flexibility.Finally,the construction project management performance evaluation model considering contract flexibility is applied to a certain residential project in Shenyang.Through the case study,the final performance evaluation level is good,including cost dimension,duration dimension,quality dimension and cooperation parties.The evaluation level of the relationship dimension is good,which verifies the feasibility of the constructed performance evaluation model.Through research,under the premise of the uncertainty of the relationship between the project partners,the contract flexibility is integrated into the evaluation index system,and a new idea of project project performance evaluation considering contract flexibility is proposed.According to the characteristics of project management,according to the contract parties The relationship between the two has added indicators of the relationship between the two parties,and innovated the performance evaluation index system.The research conclusions of this paper can provide theoretical basis and reference for the promotion of contract flexibility in engineering project management performance evaluation.
