China’s economic and technological development zones,which were first established in coastal open cities,are special economic zones for the development of knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive industries.After the first batch of economic and technological development zone was founded has achieved many good results,therefore,more and more economic and technological development zone was founded,Shenyang economic and technological development zone also arises at the historic moment,Shenyang economic and technological development zone was established in June 1988,the establishment has been more than 30 years,as the "engine" of driving regional development,the construction of Shenyang economic and technological development zone made a great contribution to the development of Shenyang.In the case of increasing economic and technological development zone,the region’s economic and technological development zone presents different trends,Shenyang economic and technological development zone in the process of its rapid development,there are some problems,therefore,this article takes the first set up economic and technological development zone and Shenyang economic and technological development zone as the research object,analyzing the investment construction of Shenyang economic and technological development zone.In this paper,the statistical method of combining factor analysis and cluster analysis is adopted to evaluate the investment and construction effect of Shenyang economic and technological development zone.First of all,on the basis of descriptive analysis,will the first founded by the Shenyang economic and technological development zone and economic and technological development zone of contrastive analysis of the "quality",will all the indicators of economic and technological development zone in 2016,the data processing after factor analysis,according to the factor score,the first founded by the analysis of relative to the economic and technological development zone,Shenyang economic and technological development zone construction investment effect.Then the economic and technological development zone shall be carried out in accordance with the composite scores cluster analysis,according to the result of cluster analysis which can be seen that Shenyang economicand technological development zone and several economic and technological development zone is divided into category,analysis is divided into what kind of economic and technological development zone in common,and find out the influencing factors of economic and technological development zone construction investment effect.After the above research,this paper draws the following conclusions: compared with the first set of economic and technological development zones,the overall investment and construction effect of shenyang economic and technological development zone is poor;The results of cluster analysis show that shenyang economic and technological development zone is classified into the worst construction effect category.Therefore,based on the advantages of other economic and technological development zones and the factors affecting the economic and technological development zones and the results of empirical analysis,the following Suggestions are proposed for the future investment construction of shenyang economic and technological development zone: control the investment scale;Optimize the investment structure;Enhance the capacity of foreign trade and utilization of foreign capital;Cultivate and introduce outstanding talents.Finally,the investment and construction effect of shenyang economic and technological development zone will be improved to promote better development of shenyang.
