Motivation refers to motivate employees to produce good work through material rewards or spiritual encouragement.Motivation can improve employees' working enthusiasm and loyalty to enterprises.Promote the common growth of enterprises and employees.However,in some small and medium-sized enterprises.Especially in small and medium-sized enterprises of family nature,lack of staff motivation is widespread.This has led to the deepening of internal contradictions,negative attitudes of employees,severe staff turnover and other issues.Vietnam has a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises and deeply influenced by family concept.At present,family business has become the main mode of Vietnamese enterprises.In the context of China's strategic implementation,Vietnam,as an important country along the border line in China's neighbourhood,It has received strong support from the Chinese government in the field of infrastructure construction increasing in line with international standards the development of market economy is in the ascendant.However,the small and medium-sized family enterprises in Vietnam lack advantages in scale and talent.In the process of market economy development,it is facing severe challenges.In order to cope with these challenges effectively,small and medium-sized family enterprises in Vietnam must expand their scale of development and have to actively reserve the talent.Family business inherent defects and ideological constraints make managers unaware of the importance of talent incentives.This paper takes DH Company as the main research object.Specifically analyze the various malpractices caused by family members' monopoly equity.Summarize the factors that affect job satisfaction of different types of employees.Finding out the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the staff motivation of the company.This paper propose incentives and promotion strategies for different types of employees.This case study will help managers of small and medium-sized family businesses in Vietnam to break the shackles of family ideology emphasize the value of talent,and effectively implement incentive measures for talent.Research shows,The change of management thinking is very important.Vietnam's small and medium-sized family enterprises should break through the traditional "family interests first" business management consciousness.Let talented people with genuine abilities and talent enter the management level and effective use of incentives to stimulate talent's subjective initiative and creativity to wards the family business development.This process will also involve personnel recruitment and job placement,training and talent development.At the same time,the system and culture of enterprises should be adjusted accordingly.That's is the part of strategy.In this way can eliminate the gap between family members and non-family members and can establish long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation between enterprises and talent.Break through the bottleneck of enterprise scale in order to achieve sustainable and healthy development.
