As a traditional form of enterprise,family enterprise has its own properties,which provides opportunities and challenges for its development.At the same time,the situation of human resource management is of great significance to the construction and sustainable development of enterprise core competitiveness.It is very important for the development of small and medium-sized family enterprises to form an all-round and efficient incentive management system.This study selected A company as the specific research object.Based on the basic theories of incentive management,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the current situation and countermeasures of incentive management of employees in A company by means of interview and questionnaire survey.In terms of material incentive,this study found that,1)the overall compensation level in A company lack of competitiveness,2)the compensation system does not match the employees' demand,3)the structure of compensation system is unreasonable,4)the supervision mechanism of compensation system is not sound,etc.However,in terms of non-material incentives,the overall satisfaction of employees in A company is not high.And for the employees in A company,it is widely considered the elements below important: 1)office conditions,impartial mechanism and feeling of balance in environment dimension,2)emotional care,rewards recognition and effective communication in relationship dimension,3)training opportunity,position promotion and rotation challenge in development dimension.This paper suggested that: 1)to increase investment to improve office conditions,2)to attach great importance to the fairness of employees' non-material incentive mechanism,3)to use paid leave mechanism to improve employees' feeling of balance,4)to attach great importance to the emotional care and encouragement for employees,5)to pay attention to the reward recognition for employees,6)to strengthen the effective communication between employees and company,7)to comprehensively improve the opportunity and quality of staff training,8)to develop the promotion channels for employees,9)to use rotation system to provide challenge and opportunity for employees.
