The theory of corporate culture has been introduced into China for many years.The role and influence of corporate culture on enterprises has been widely recognized.Chinese scholars and entrepreneurs have paid enough attention to corporate culture.In the new era,the development of China's private enterprises has entered a new pattern.On the one hand,new private enterprises relying on the Internet and big data have developed rapidly and formed unicorn enterprises with huge scale.On the other hand,traditional manufacturing and sales private enterprises are struggling to stick to the road of industry.By studying the cases of large successful enterprises,we can easily find that in addition to the hard conditions such as the enterprise's own strength,excellent corporate culture is indispensable.Corporate culture is an idea,and it can only play a role through the practice of corporate culture landing,or it is an empty talk.At present,most of China's private enterprises have established their own corporate culture.However,the reality is that the practice lags behind the idea,the idea is very advanced,the reality is a mess,the corporate culture can not fall to the ground.The implementation of corporate culture is the process of making employees understand the corporate culture,identify with the corporate culture,and finally form the brand and transform it into behavior habits.The implementation of corporate culture is long-term,complex and arduous.In this paper,the research on the implementation of corporate culture mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical study and case summary and analysis.This paper first defines the concept of enterprise culture and the landing of enterprise culture,and some theories involved in the landing of enterprise culture,then introduces the basic situation and the current situation of the landing of enterprise culture of XTL company,analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the landing of enterprise culture of the company,and puts forward Suggestions to further promote the landing of enterprise culture.This paper aims to improve and revise the enterprise rules and regulations and employee behavior norms according to the core concept of enterprise culture and the actual situation of the enterprise.With the help of certain people,objects and activity carriers,this paper puts forward Suggestions for the implementation improvement of XTL company's enterprise culture.Because any management is a continuous improvement of the closed-loop system,so in the end of this paper elaborated the enterprise culture landing effect evaluation and other aspects of the enterprise culture landing work should pay attention to and further research direction.This paper hopes to provide some operable reference significance for small and medium-sized private enterprises in the practice of the landing of corporate culture through the research on the landing of corporate culture.
