Research On Human Resource Management Of Golomt Bank In Mongolia

If the bank wants to be in an invincible position in this competition,it is necessary to establish the people-oriented concept and strengthen the human resource management.This paper tries to take human resource management as the starting point,and proposes that Banks must change the traditional thinking and construct the human resource management system of Banks,so as to provide some inspiration and help to improve the competitiveness of Mongolian Banks.This paper is divided into six parts:First of all,the background and significance of the research problems are described.Through literature review,the research status at home and abroad is analyzed,and the research methods,contents and routes are introduced.Secondly,the concept of human resource management is defined,and its characteristics,role and main functions are described.Thirdly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the status quo of human resource management in Golomt bank of Mongolia,and the survey results were analyzed.Through SWOT analysis,how the bank fell out of the social and internal situation.Fourthly,it discusses the problems of human resource management in Golomt bank of Mongolia.Fifth,take the human resource management system of Mongolia Golomt bank as an example to make an empirical analysis.With SWO analysis,the following was found:starting from the current situation of the company's human resource management,its advantages and existing problems were analyzed,and Suggestions for its development were put forward from the perspective of system for the purpose of building human resource management.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and points out the deficiencies in the research.
