Policy and the economy are the two main factors that affect employee employment.Active employment policies and rapid economic development can promote a rapid increase in the number of employed people,but the imbalance in economic development will also bring about unemployment.Enterprise employees are faced with the challenges of new employment,the need to update their knowledge,and so on.In the context of the knowledge economy era,more and more business managers recognize the importance of knowledge to business and economic growth.When hiring employees,they begin to pay more attention to the human capital elements such as employees' knowledge,experience and skills.Faced with the complex external environment and increasingly fierce human resources competition,how to improve the employment competitiveness of employees and maintain a good and stable employment status has become the focus of the government,enterprises and employees.Through literature review,it has been found that a large number of scholars have carried out relevant research on human capital,but the research on the human capital of enterprise employees as an antecedent variable is still lacking.In terms of employability research,existing empirical research mainly uses employability as antecedent variable and intermediate variable,but lacks exploration and research on the antecedent variable of employability.The employability of employees is influenced by the internal and external environment.Based on this,this paper takes human capital as the independent variable,employability as the dependent variable,job-seeking selfefficacy as the mediator,and introduces social capital and initiative personality.Adjust the variables to explore the impact of human capital on the employability of employees.In this study,599 valid questionnaires were distributed and recovered by questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis software was used to descriptive statistical analysis of valid samples and data quality test.Then the relevant research hypothesis is verified by correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.According to the empirical test results,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The four dimensions of employee human capital have a significant positive impact on employability;(2)The four dimensions of employee human capital have a significant positive impact on job self-efficacy;(3)Job self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on employability;(4)Job self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role in the impact of the four dimensions of human capital on employability;(5)The influence of social capital negative adjustment on the four dimensions of human capital on job self-efficacy;(6)Active personality negative adjustment of job self-efficacy impact on employability.The innovation of this paper is to take the resource preservation theory as the starting point,study the impact mechanism of human capital on employability,provide a new perspective for human capital and employability research,and introduce social capital and initiative personality as adjustment variables.Exploring the effect of human capital on the job-seeking self-efficacy under different levels of social capital and the effect of job self-efficacy on the employability under different initiative personality levels.According to the research conclusions,this paper proposes the following practical enlightenment from three levels: individual,school and enterprise: First,individual employees should strengthen their own learning and improve their knowledge,experience and skills;Second,individuals should actively expand the scale of social networks and obtain support from relatives and friends;Third,schools should pay attention to the cultivation of practical talents and improve the personnel training mechanism;Fourth,enterprises should pay more attention to employee training and improve the pertinence of training.It is expected to provide ideas for improving employee employability and employment competitiveness through the above practical implications.
