Since China's reform and opening up,our country gradually speed up the process of industrialization,however,the development of urbanization is slow.So it derives a social class with characteristic of our country--migrant labors.Recently,National People?s Congress also put forward to advance the new urbanization,and make more than 13 million people become urban residents this year,speed up the complete coverage of the residence permit system.Ju Xiaolin,representative of the National People's Congress,said that how to integrate into city life better and improve the level of their children's education is the focus of many rural migrant labors currently,he hopes the government continues to try to make them really take root in the city.As a young member of the migrant labors,The New Generation Migrant Labors have increasingly become the backbone of the urban construction and industry development in our country.The New Generation Migrant Labors improve their working income and living conditions,strengthen the interaction with citizens,enhance their social status,and implement cultural fusion,economic integration,until psychological integration,so as to realize the comprehensive social integration.It has important influence and meaning for The New Generation Migrant Labors' personal and the development of China's urbanization process.Therefore,The New Generation Migrant Labors taking up an occupation properly,connecting with city seamlessly,and realizing social integration are very necessary.However,due to The New Generation Migrant Labors ' limited academic level,their level of skill is also quite limited,and their human capital is not enough;limited economic support and network source lead to their low social capital.The status quo of their low employability makes it difficult to find a satisfactory job in the city and achieve social integration.At present,most studies of employability aim at college graduates,and regarding The New Generation Migrant Labors as the research object is rare.Because the migrant labors are the unique social phenomenon in our country,the theoretical research that we can be drawn lessons from abroad is limited,at the same time,The New Generation Migrant Labors ' personality is different from the first generation migrant labors,how to improve The New Generation Migrant Labors? employability pertinently,and promote social integration are project that academic circles still need to explore.On the basis of the above background,this paper base on existing research,apply theoretical approach and empirical approach,combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,innovatively take Jilin province,a big agricultural province,at the research base,combine the characteristics of The New Generation Migrant Labors,and study the Impact of The New Generation Migrant Labors? Employability on Social Integration in Changchun.Divide employability into four dimensions: personal adaptability,career identity,human capital and social capital,as the independent variables.And divide social integration into three dimensions: cultural fusion,economic integration and psychological integration,as dependent variable,construct the theoretical model of this paper,and put forward sixteen research hypothesis,refer to the previous design scale,design questionnaire for empirical research,and apply AMOS to verify the theory model and research hypothesis.Finally,according to the verification results and the significant results,stand in the position of government,business and The New Generation Migrant Labors,and put forward suggestions: the government should increase support and input to The New Generation Migrant Labors' education and training,strengthen the attention to the rural basic education,at the same time,vigorously develop vocational education.Enterprises should improve the system of employment,and pertinently carry out practical skills training.The New Generation Migrant Labors should take full advantage of training and self-study resource,actively expand the new network,update values,and have a sense of belonging and citizens mentality.
