Research On The Resilience Of Rural Developent Under The Background Of Modernization

Since the reform and opening up,China's rural areas have gradually begun to develop.From the traditional farming civilization to the modernization,there has been a great improvement in both economic and social thinking.However,with the construction of modernization,the problems faced by traditional villages in China are also increasing,and the incompatibility of traditional villages is becoming more and more obvious.The update of a large number of villages shows obvious "urbanization" characteristics and "constructive destruction" results.Therefore,in the context of modernization,research on the resilience of rural development is particularly important.Rural resilience means that when rural development faces external disturbances or dilemmas,it can be repaired by self,that is,it has adaptability and adaptability,finds a new way out in the dilemma,finds out the method from the problem,spirals up and develops.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on rural resilience,and theoretically constructs the analysis framework of the rural resilience "discrimination and definition of related concepts-the dilemma and differentiation of modern villages-the influencing factors-the key points of improvement".On this basis,the rural resilience evaluation model is constructed,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weights,and three typical cases are used as case villages for empirical research.Finally,combined with the research results and path comparison,the key points and optimization strategies for improving rural resilience are put forward.This paper attempts to break the urban-rural dual structure from the perspective of resilience,and the inertial thinking city drives the rural areas.Instead,it studies the resilience of the village from the village itself,and analyzes it with three typical villages as examples to reach the city and The purpose of coordinated development of rural,rural and environmental conditions.Through analysis,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Through the systematic expounding of the concept of resilience and rural resilience,the theoretical analysis framework of rural resilience is constructed.It summarizes the dilemma and differentiation faced by China's rural development,and puts forward the rural exogenous and endogenous development,clarifies the meaning and necessity of rural resilience development,and realizes the rural revitalization strategy and rural sustainable development.Building a well-off society is of great significance.(2)On the basis of constructing the theoretical analysis framework,empirical analysis is carried out according to the research of scholars at home and abroad,and the rural resilience model is constructed according to the analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively study the rural resilience.Studies have shown that the development of rural resilience is related to economic control,rural cohesion,facility support,ecological resilience and social balance.Among them,economic control and rural cohesion have the largest proportion,and have the deepest impact on rural resilience.(3)Three representative villages,namely,Garden Village,Hongcun and Tangyue Village,were selected in the case study.Based on the development path of each village,the study of rural resilience in 2010 and 2016 was selected.According to the holistic and unique characteristics of each village,the resilience promotion focus and optimization strategy of the study area are obtained.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the resilience of the countryside in the context of modernization are obtained.
