Research On The Effect Evaluation Of Rural Comprehensive Reform In Anhui Province Based On DID Model

To promote economic development,we must intensify reforms.Deepening rural comprehensive reforms has a positive effect on agricultural and rural development,and is also of great significance to the stable development of China's economy.In recent years,rural reforms in Anhui Province have continued to deepen and rural economic and social development has reached a new level.With the acceleration of new industrialization,informationization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,agricultural and rural development faces many new situations and new problems.In order to further liberate and develop productive forces,Anhui Province has proposed a major strategic decision to deepen comprehensive rural reform.According to the document of Zheng Zheng(2013)No.69,the Anhui Provincial Government carried out pilot projects for comprehensive rural reform demonstration based on 20 counties(districts).Since the implementation of the comprehensive rural reform policy,rural productivity has been further liberated and developed through adjustment and improvement of rural production relations and superstructure.However,as an institutional arrangement for realizing agricultural modernization,how to effectively and accurately measure and evaluate its actual reform effect.Objectively evaluating its implementation effect is not only important for its implementation and improvement,but also can be used as a reference for other rural regional development paths.Based on the DID model,this paper conducts an empirical study on the implementation effect of rural comprehensive reform policies using rural economic data from 2005 to 2017 in Anhui Province.In the specific empirical study,the regional differences in rural comprehensive reform in Anhui Province were studied.The study found that the rural comprehensive reform demonstration pilot project has achieved certain results,among which the reform effect of Langzhong is the best,followed by Weibei,and the effect of Weinan is not significant.The study believes that improving the comprehensive rural reform policy centered on the actual needs of agricultural and rural farmers,realizing the organic connection between the rural comprehensive reform policy and the actual development of Anhui's agricultural and rural areas,and increasing the participation of social capital will contribute to the realization of agricultural modernization goals.
