Research On Labor Subcontract Management Of State-owned Construction Enterprises

China's state-owned construction companies occupy an important position in the national economy.With the continuous development of economic globalization and the fierce international competition,more and more engineering projects have started construction.Meanwhile,modernized construction systems have become more and more specialized.Socialized division of labor has become increasingly detailed,and labor subcontracting has become an important part of building construction activities.In recent years,the destructive power of various anti-corruption cases in China's state-owned construction enterprises has been shocking.The phenomenon of several subcontracting enterprises' drilling loopholes in the management system and hunting inside the state-owned enterprises has aroused the highly anticipated social awareness.How to do a good job in labor subcontract management is a research hotspot in the management of state-owned construction enterprises.This paper first introduces the theory and literature review of labor subcontract management;secondly,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of W company labor subcontract management from the aspects of subcontracting enterprise management and subcontracting project management;The countermeasures for improving the management of labor subcontracting are introduced.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the W company's labor subcontracting management improvement plan,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed in terms of organizational structure,publicity,training and communication mechanism.
