Research On Quality Control Of Automotive Product Development Of F(Suzhou) Company Based On APQP

With the increasing improvement of living standards,consumers have more and more personalized demands for automotive performance and models.In order to meet the changes of consumer demands,major global automotive manufacturers are launching new models at an unprecedented speed.The world's mainstream manufacturers try to use AIAG's five tools to help them standardize the production process,improve product quality and improve production efficiency.Among them,product quality pre-planning(APQP)is used by more and more automotive and parts manufacturers to improve the quality control of new models or parts research and development.On the basis of sorting out the APQP management process,this paper describes the current situation of product development management of F(Suzhou)company.Taking the AR7 auto parts development of F(Suzhou)company as an actual case,comparing with the pre-planning process of product quality,using FMEA,SPC,MSA,PPAP and other quality tools comprehensively,the problems in the product development process were analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for improvement were put forward.Namely:participate in the customer's research and design process in advance,establish an effective failure mode and effects analysis knowledge base,conduct measurement system analysis on small manual measuring equipment,refine lean improvement activities,etc.,improve the work content of each stage of APQP,and ensure the effectiveness of product development process.The research of this paper has played a positive role in promoting the product development efficiency and product quality improvement of F(Suzhou)company.
