China's economy has moved from a period of rapid development to a transitional period of transformation and upgrading.The traditional labor-intensive,resource-dependent industries have gradually weakened in competitiveness,while technology-intensive industries have become increasingly competitive.Capital-intensive industries such as the degree of development will increasingly become a symbol of competitiveness.In this process,the establishment of new industry enterprises is the necessary driving force to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading,at the same time,it is also an effective means to alleviate the unemployment population pressure caused by the enterprises' elimination caused by the transformation.Today,the role of innovation and entrepreneurship in promoting the economy is increasingly prominent,small and medium-sized enterprises in electronic communications,biopharmaceutical,high-tech materials and other technology-intensive industries have occupied an important share.However,compared with the world average,the survival rate and quality of entrepreneurial enterprises in China are on the low side.It is a theoretical and practical problem worth studying.This study consists of six parts.First,in the article guide wheel part,proposed the research background,the significance,the method,the content,this foundation route and the innovation point;Secondly,in the second part of the article,the author reviews and combs the relevant research and theories,mainly introduces the concept,connotation and related research of leadership behavior theory,entrepreneurial performance theory,organizational identity theory;Thirdly,in the third part of the article,on the basis of literature reading and theoretical combing,this paper constructs the mechanism model of leadership behavior and entrepreneurial performance of small and micro enterprises with organizational identity as the intermediary variable,and discusses the dimensions of each variable.The corresponding assumptions are put forward on each variable and every dimension.In the fourth part,according to the theoretical model and the hypothetical relationship,the questionnaire is designed,the data analysis method is determined,and the questionnaire is pre-tested and revised.In the fifth part,the validity of the theoretical model is confirmed by statistical analysis according to the results of the questionnaire,and the test results are discussed.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized,and the limitations of the research and possible research directions in the future are proposed.
