With the widespread recognition of STEM education,China has begun to attach importance to integrated education,and has successively issued guidance on education work related to STEM education The China Mobile Science and Technology Museum project,as an informal STEM education project proposed by the China Association for Science and Technology,has an important impact on improving citizens' scientific literacy.At present,the China Mobile Science and Technology Museum project is in the initial stage of development,but has achieved certain project results.At present,there are few studies on the evaluation of the China Mobile Science and Technology Museum.The evaluation of the influencing factors of the exhibits and the evaluation of the implementation of the China Mobile Science and Technology Museum by the grassroots associations are important.Therefore,the evaluation of the educational activities of the China Mobile Science and Technology Museum under the STEM perspective is of great significance.Based on the literature synthesis and the analysis of the characteristics of mature STEM education activities abroad,this study summarizes the characteristics of STEM field of view,and qualitatively analyzes the design of educational activities of China Mobile Science and Technology Museum based on the characteristics of STEM,and from the existing informal Starting from the STEM education project evaluation framework,combining with China's national conditions,we will construct an evaluation index system applicable to the practice of China Mobile Science and Technology Museum's educational activities,and use this indicator system for empirical research.Finally,we will evaluate the results of the China Mobile Science and Technology Museum's educational activities.Summarize and propose inprovements to educational activities.This study mainly used questionnaires and case observation methods to study the visitors of Hanchuan City and Xiantao City in Hubei Province as the research object,mainly to investigate the visitors' experience and exhibition education effects.At the same time,select some visitors at the exhibition site as the observation objects of the case observation,observe the process of interacting with the exhibits and exploring the learning in the exhibition education activities.Combined with qualitative and quantitative evaluation results,the research results show that:(1)China Mobile Science and Technology Museum education activities have all the characteristics of STEM field of view,subject integration is mainly reflected in the overall and part of the project's exhibits,and some exhibits reflect the degree of discipline integration.(2)The educational activities of China Mobile Science and Technology Museum have achieved initial results and have a positive impact on the improvement of visitors' scientific literacy;(3)There are still inadequacies in the current educational activities of China Mobile Science and Technology Museum,including the contextuality of exhibits.Lower,due to the fixed form of exhibit exploration,the fun and experience are weak,the lack of science and technology counselors leads to weaker collaboration,and the discipline integration of single exhibits is weak.In order to further improve the project,the following suggestions for improvement are proposed:(1)to improve the context of educational activities and better guide the design of exhibits by improving the core concepts of the theme;(2)to enhance the fun and experience of educational activities by developing open exhibits.(3)Enhance the discpline integration of educational activities through the development of exhibits based on project tearning methods;(4)Equipped with sufficient professional and technical counselors to enhance the collaboration of educational activities and better utilize the China Mobile Science and Technolbgy Museum project Popular science education function.
