Boanits Limited Company was established in 1992,the main business belongs to the electronics and information industry,focus on the field of intelligent transportation,good dynamic weighing apparatus in highway informationization business areas with their own solution.It is the leading enterprise in the area of traffic intelligence in shandong province.In 2014,Boanits intelligent made a joint-stock transformation successfully listed in NEEQ,and became a private public company.Since the listing,Boanits intelligence has actively strengthened its own business competitiveness and continuously expanded its market share.However,there has been a slight decline in the main financial indicators for boan intelligence in 2016.Boanits intelligent enters the charging pile and asphalt recycling industry.The decline in major financial indicators in the first half of 2017 has intensified.In this context,it is necessary to plan the development strategy of Boanits intelligence.The research of this paper is based on the theory of the actual model.Firstly,it analyzes the external environment of Boanits intelligence,and finds out its external opportunities and threats.Opportunities include China's economic growth needs of intelligent transportation space is larger,brought by the increase in the number of highway mileage information market demand is big,industrial chain has been formed,the regeneration of charging pile,asphalt market space is large.The threats include fierce competition,strong bargaining power and new technology application.Then the internal conditions of Boanits intelligence are analyzed to find its internal advantages and disadvantages.Advantages include:regional market advantages,deep understanding of industry,strong operation and delivery ability,and high brand image of henger business.Disadvantages include the lack of qualifications and brand strength,insufficient human resources,and lack of core competitiveness of new business.Through EFE and IFE matrix analysis,the current strategy of Boanits intelligence is insufficient to adapt to internal and external environment.In this paper,SWOT analysis,directional planning matrix,Boston matrix,GE matrix and other analysis tools are used.Comprehensive analysis to develop the strategy of development strategy for Boanits intelligence.Namely:based on regional market,become a comprehensive solution provider of multi-business in the regional market.We should make full use of market opportunities such as China's economic growth and give full play to our regional market advantages in shandong,shanxi and hebei.Precision farming of regional market,continue to deepen the highway informationization,on the basis of the overall urban intelligent transportation field,efforts on developing market,charging pile asphalt recycling market,and to develop city intelligent transportation integration data platform,into a city intelligent transportation market overall solution provider.It also clarifies the three stages of strategic objectives and implementation.Finally,the paper sets up the safeguard measures from five aspects:organizational leadership,organizational structure,human resources,business model and enterprise culture.
