Optimization Design And Research On Production Management Of B Garment Company Based On Lean Production Theory

In the past,China relied on abundant and cheap labor,which attracted developed countries to transfer labor-intensive garment processing to China.However,in recent years,some countries have begun to transfer most of their orders to Southeast Asia for production,with the increasing of labor costs and rising raw material costs in China.The competitive advantage of China's garment processing enterprises has gradually been weakened.Under such a background,garment processing enterprises urgently need to change the original extensive management methods,optimize production management,and enhance competitiveness.Based on the theory of lean production,this paper takes the production management of clothing company as the research object,selects B company as the case for in-depth research,and sorts out the status quo of its production management.Firstly,it points out the problems of B clothing company in production management,and carries out the applicability analysis of its lean production management optimization.Secondly,according to the existing problems,with the guidance of lean production theory,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,the optimization plan of lean production management is designed.Finally,lean production management is a process of continuous improvement and improvement.B company continuously improves and perfects the optimization plan through management system optimization and employee training.Based on the theory of lean production,this paper conducts an exploratory study on the optimization of garment production management.I hope this paper can provide some different perspective for garment processing enterprises to improve production management and enhance competitiveness under the unfavorable international and domestic environment.
