| Recently, the specialist in the field of industry and academe pay more and moreattention to LP (Lean Production). In the fierce market competition, enterprises facelots of problem. Including, too much space, overmuch capital l takes up and too slowof the rate of capital turnover, which are all caused by too much stock. There is nodoubt that the LP is the key of solving this problem. However, there are manyproblems to be solved to success of applying LP to Chinese engineering enterprise.The base of this article is the Lean theories. It is adopted the method of systemanalysis that qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, and made use ofthe related technique method of Industry Engineering, Lean Production andOperational Research in this article. Under the premise that the existing space isdetermined, the aim of the author’s research is how to meet customers’requirements, reduce the occupation and smooth production in warehousemanagement of TAS Company. It is described in detail the CIP (ContinuousImprovement Process) activity of warehouse management. Through the analysis andoptimization of supply chain, and through the improvement of the work flow, JIT ofmost of the material management is achieved. It provides a sample for the other samemanufacturing enterprise reference in lean activity. At the same time, it also has highreference and certain instruction meaning to domestic enterprise of implement LeanProduction. |
