As we knew,the quality of storage and transportation of medical devices directly affects the security of human beings and biology.Therefore,due to the specified requirements on warehousing and transportation,such as sterilization,cold chain temperature control,humidity and light control,dangerous goods control,etc.,more and more medical equipment distribution companies take the advantage of third-party logistics outsourcing way to carry out professional logistics management,which is in order to avoid any quality risk.Third-party logistics suppliers are the one of the most important partners for the medical equipment business.Therefore,selecting the high quality third-party logistics service suppliers and implementing efficient supplier management are the primary tasks for many enterprises' supply chain management and decisions.This paper regarded H medical equipment company as the research object and based on the supplier management theory and balance scored-card theory in order to determine the applicable logistics management solutions,which enable H medical equipment company engaged in efficient supplier management.Firstly,this paper expounds the eurrent situation of the third party logistics supplier management of H Medical Device Company,and figures out the main problems and analyzes the root causes;a two-stage selection model of qualitative and quantitative combination is proposed by using analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to select the preferred suppliers in this paper.This paper proposes to use balance scorecard to optimize supplier evaluation and performance evaluation.Finally,this paper proposes to build up the uniformed strategy and target,and optimizing the cooperative relationship between H Medical Device Company and third party logistics supplier by improving communication skills and establishing trust relationship and flexible management and motive method and building up the monitor system through performance indicator factor.Highly hope the research and analysis in this paper can help medical equipment corporations who have the similar demand to establish efficient and scientific supplier management method and principle.
