Research On The Construction And Implementation Of Fruit Industry Ecological Supply Chain In Yiyuan County

With the continuous improvement of China's agricultural industry structure and the gradual optimization of planting layout,the scale of fruit planting is expanding and the output is increasing year by year.However,while pursuing economic growth,it ignores the interactive relationship between industrial development and environment,and seriously destroys the ecological environment of the fruit growing area.It urgently needs to reconstruct the supply chain system of the fruit industry from the perspective of harmonious development between man and nature to promote the sustainable development of the fruit industry.China has integrated ecological construction into the overall layout of the "China's five pronged strategy" of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Actively promoting green ecological agriculture is a new requirement for building socialist modern agriculture,and it is also the main direction of structural reform of agricultural supply side.Therefore,for fruits Research on industrial ecological supply chain can promote the sustainable development of agriculture and modernization of agriculture,it has important practical significance.As one of the top 100 fruit-growing counties in China,Yiyuan County is an important fruit industry base in Shandong Province.The main fruit products include apples,peaches,grapes,etc.It has many ecological problems,such as,excessive application of harmful fertilizers,low recycling rate of agricultural production materials,waste due to products unsalable and discard.Therefore,it is in urgent need of building up the fruit industry supply chain to promote the further development of the Yiyuan fruit industry.To this end,this paper describes the concepts related to fruit products and agricultural product supply chain,and briefly describes the relevant theories of ecological supply chain management theory,ecological related theory and game theory;analyzes the status quo of fruit industry in Yiyuan County,the status quo of supply chain management mode and supply chain development.found that there are problems in the supply chain of Yiyuan County's fruit industry,such as single industrial structure,lack of scientific and unified management,incomplete logistics and infrastructure construction,etc.Discusses the necessity of constructing the ecological supply chain of fruit industry in Yiyuan County;Refers to the three-layer structure of the "SCOR model",it builds the fruit industry ecological supply chain,and elaborates the specific framework content.With the aid of the AHP analytic hierarchy process,it evaluates the constructed ecological supply chain model,and analyzes the influence of the competition and cooperation relationship,agricultural enterprise interest sharing game from the participating entities in the stability of the supply chain.Finally,the implementation strategy of the fruit industry ecological supply chain is proposed from the perspective of the government and enterprises,in order to provide the ecological supply chain development guidance for the fruit industry in Yiyuan County.It simultaneously provides revelation for the development of agro-ecological supply chain in other regions.
