Today,with economic globalization,information networking and high-tech innovation,as China's economy enters a new normal,the pace of economic growth will slow down in anticipation for some time to come.In the face of external competition and uncertain business environment,enterprises are The difference in the means of competition in the traditional market is shrinking.The competition of enterprises not only represents a single item or aspect of competition,but also to obtain competitive advantage and organizational effectiveness,Management innovation can push enterprises develop sustain ably forward.HR,as the key elements,is becoming essential gradually.Performance Management is an important foundition and tools of Human resource management incorporates.Whether it is reasonable or not has the relationship with the enterprise's improvement of the performance,which is crucial for achieving business objectives and overall strategic goals.It has normally become a significant issue that all enterprises cannot avoid.Affected by the economic environment at home and abroad,as a traditional industry full of competition,the business pressure faced by beer companies is growing,and the pressure of competition is no longer solely based on one side.The role of"human being" is becoming more and more important.The middle management is considered to be the commanders and combatants both,rather the backbone of any enterprise.The development and growth of the enterprise are directly affected by their loyalty and motivation.The middle management needs to be constantly inspired and kept in high spirits to ensure the foundation of a comprehensive performance management process.With this perspective,this paper shall prove to be theoretically and practically significant in the assessment of the performance of the middle management of JX Beer Company.This paper takes JX Beer Company as the research object,and by using the method of analyzing the questionnaire.?literature research method and empirical analysis,the writer diagnoses the problems and main causes existing in JX Beer Company.Simultaneously.Performance management process involves the study and designing of the performance management plan applying the balanced scorecard method together with specific performance indicators.That is to say,combining with the company strategy,the performance evaluation index system of middle based on the responsibilities and analysis of the job,which define the evaluation subject,the evaluation object,the evaluation core cycle and all aspects of the management process.The performance definition are achieved through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Researching on operating environment,system,and culture,it aimed to strengthen the performance management of middle management personnel,to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises further.The research ideas and research results of this paper are aimed at optimizing enterprise performance management,improving the performance of middle managers,enhancing loyalty,enhancing enthusiasm,and creating a dynamic and effective middle management.The innovation lies in constructing an effective link between the middle-level management personnel's individual performance goals and the company's strategic goals,and promoting the continuous improvement of the middle management personnel and enterprise performance of JX Beer Company through dynamic circulation,and also carrying out the middle management personnel performance management for the same type of enterprises.Provides a valuable reference.
