Tourism and trade are two systems that interact and interact with each other.Studying the interaction between them,the mechanism of association and the new format have become new ideas and new directions for scholars in the past decade.At present,the country's open development policy along the border has promoted the development of border tourism.The construction of the border development pilot zone has promoted the rapid transformation and upgrading of the border port economy and promoted the development of border trade.How to use the mutual promotion of tourism and trade to cultivate new formats.It is an urgent problem to be solved in the study of new formats.Pingxiang Port,as a famous county in Guangxi border tourism and a port city in the border economic cooperation zone,has many resources,conditions and advantages in developing border tourism and import and export fruit trade.By 2018,Pingxiang Port has ranked first in the country in terms of fruit import and export trade for five consecutive years,becoming a veritable import fruit capital.In addition,the Pingxiang border tourism market has also developed rapidly.The number of inbound and outbound tourists and total tourism revenue have continued to grow steadily every year.Tourism and cross-border trade have become the new growth pole for the economic and social development of Pingxiang.On the basis of summarizing the previous literature review,this paper further explores the problems of border tourism,import trade and import fruit trade in the path of new business development by using border tourism,international trade and industrial integration.Through the qualitative research on the mutual development,cultivation basis and feasibility path of the two,it is found that the current development path of the new business mode of Pingxiang City has unstable market development and mutual promotion needs to be strengthened;the industrial structure is not balanced and the degree of mutual influence is not deep;The relationship and policy changes are large,and the impact on tourism and trade is deep;the infrastructure is backward,which poses obstacles to the development of industrial integration.On this basis,the quantitative research method of regression analysis is further used to find out the related factors that affect the development level of Pingxiang tourism and border trade industry.The analysis shows that the domestic tourism number,tourism foreign exchange income and other relevant index factors have specific effects on the industrial development level.The extent of the effect and impact.Then based on the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,identify the key combination of the new business development path-event marketing,event tourism,and propose the festival,office,park,construction from the three levels of development,innovation and continuity.The specific cultivation paths such as fruit towns and fruit theme parks are finally combined with the above-mentioned contents to propose corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening Sino-Vietnamese interconnection,upgrading infrastructure levels,and cultivating entrepreneurs'innovation awareness.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The cultivation of new business forms in Pingxiang City has good conditions and certain advantages;(2)changes in national policies,uneven industrial structure,unsuitable infrastructure,unstable market development,etc.The cultivation path of the new business mode of Xiangshi City brings more problems and development obstacles;(3)The conclusions obtained by the author using linear correlation analysis corroborate the actual influence degree and positive and negative force of specific indicators in the development of tourism and trade industry,thus Finding the cause of the problem can provide new reference and ideas for the direction of the new business development path;(4)The core of the new business development is mainly the cultivation of "ability",including talents,enterprises,industries and other aspects.(5)The role of the new business mode of Pingxiang City to give full play to the role of government,enterprises and tourists,strengthen the awareness of industrial innovation,enterprise innovation and product innovation,and adapt to the changes in Pingxiang market,industry and policy situation.The path of sustainable development.It is hoped that through the research on the path of fostering new business in border tourism and imported fruit trade,it can provide new ideas for the development and upgrading of Pingxiang City and other border ports,tourism destination development and continuous innovation,and new business development.
