During the 40 years of reform and opening up,the economy of China has been growing rapidly,and every field has been changing with each passing day.With the changes of foreign and domestic situation,promote industrial upgrading and transform the economic development pattern is necessary.Therefore,it is urgent to focus on improving innovation efficiency and removing barriers.Innovation activities is bound to industrial development,especially high-tech industries.the collection of innovation resources,the competition and cooperation among enterprises and the spillover of knowledge are the key to improve innovation efficiency.This paper selects high-tech industry of 26 provinces and cities from 2009 to 2016 as the research objects,trying to explore the relationship between industrial agglomeration and technological innovation.Firstly,the paper reviews the relevant literature and introduces the basic theory.Secondly,we analyzed the current situation of high-tech industry,measured the level of agglomeration,and summarized the motivation of high-tech industry agglomeration in China.Thirdly,using the Super-SBM-VRS method to measure the technological innovation efficiency.In the past eight years,the innovation efficiency of Guangdong Province has been maintained at the highest level in China,whereas Heilongjiang Province is lowest.Then,this paper uses mixed regression,fixed-effect regression,random-effect regression and comprehensive FGLS regression to carry out empirical tests,and proceeds its analysis based on the results of comprehensive FGLS regression,we find that the industrial agglomeration coefficient is 0.4791,which means that the efficiency of technological innovation will increase by0.48 % if the industrial agglomeration rate is increased by 1%.Finally,according to the empirical results,the paper puts forward policy recommendations for industrial development and innovation efficiency.
