Research On The Factors Affecting The Production Efficiency Of Farmers

Since the reform and opening up,despite the rapid development of various types of new agricultural business entities,small farmers are still the main agricultural micro-management entities in China,and the concurrent operation is the main form of small-scale farmers' operations in China at this stage and beyond.According to the report of the 19th National Congress," To achieve the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development ",how to integrate small farmers into the construction track of agricultural modernization is related to the immediate interests of farmers and to the process of agricultural modernization in China.Therefore,this paper starts the following three aspects from the perspective of the agricultural production efficiency of the part-time farmers:First,through combing relevant literature at home and abroad,understand the reasons and motives of concurrent business,the influencing factors of concurrent business behavior and the effect evaluation of rural concurrent business behavior,and further study the application research of combing wheat technical efficiency and measuring production efficiency.Mainstream approach.Secondly,the non-parametric DEA data envelopment analysis model is used to measure the wheat production efficiency of 251 households in the main grain producing areas of Anhui Province.The results show that the average technical efficiency of wheat farmers in the study area is 0.683,and the production efficiency is low.The overall technical efficiency of one of the farmers is generally greater than that of the second and the farmers.The average technical efficiency of the farmer is much higher than the average efficiency of the two farmer households,and the scale efficiency values of the two are not much different.Thirdly,using the Tobit analysis model,the factors affecting the overall technical efficiency of the total sample of farmers,farmers,and farmers are analyzed.The results show that gender,age,number of family labor,agricultural income,policy support and other factors The technical efficiency of wheat farmers has a significant impact.Based on the above research,it puts forward suggestions for improving the agricultural production efficiency of the concurrent farmers in Anhui Province,including:coordinating the development of concurrent operation and new-type occupational farmers,scientifically adjusting the input factors of agricultural production,increasing financial support for agriculture and supporting agriculture,and innovating agricultural training.Form,rational transfer of rural surplus labor,and optimization of agricultural planting scale.
